Abstract: A linear actuator (1) with a buffering mechanism includes an actuator main body (10), a quick release mechanism (30) and a buffering member (50). The actuator main body (10) includes a housing base (11), an outer tube (14) connected to the housing base (11) and an extendable tube (15) penetrating into the outer tube (14). The quick release mechanism (30) is installed on the actuator main body (10). The buffering member (50) is arranged at one side of the outer tube (14). One end of the buffering member (50) is connected to the outer tube (14) or the housing base (11), and another end of the buffering member (50) is connected to the extendable tube (15). Accordingly, the impact force generated during the rapid retraction of the extendable tube can be reduced.

Abstract: A linear actuator includes a sliding rod, a motor and a buffer assembly. The motor connects the sliding rod to drive the sliding rod. The buffer assembly is disposed at an end of the sliding rod and includes an elastic element and an outer sleeve. The elastic element is received in the outer sleeve. The sliding rod connects the outer sleeve. The outer sleeve is movable along an axial direction of the sliding rod. The elastic element separately pushes an inner wall of the outer sleeve and the sliding rod. The elastic element is pre-compressed along the axial direction of the sliding rod. The buffer assembly can absorb vibration and impact caused by the motor driving the sliding rod.

Abstract: A high-load linear actuator includes a driving mechanism, a worm shaft, a worm wheel assembly, a lead screw, a telescopic pipe and an outer pipe. The driving mechanism includes a base and a motor. The base has a supporting portion and an accommodating portion. The motor is fixed to the supporting portion. The worm shaft extends from the motor into the supporting portion. The worm wheel assembly includes a worm wheel and two bearings for supporting the worm wheel in the accommodating portion. The worm wheel is engaged with the worm shaft. The lead screw is disposed through the worm wheel and driven by the motor for rotation. The telescopic pipe slips on the lead screw to be threadedly connected therewith. The outer pipe slips on the telescopic pipe. The rotation of the lead screw drives the telescopic pipe to linearly extend or retract relative to the outer pipe.

Abstract: An actuator with switchable releasing speed includes an actuation rod, a screw, and a motor. The motor drives the screw rotating so that the actuation rod axially moves relative to the screw. The motor includes a stator, a rotor, a plurality of commutators, and at least three brushes. The at least three brushes have a positive brush, a negative brush, and at least one auxiliary brush. The positive brush is connected to a positive DC voltage. One of the negative brush and the least one auxiliary brush is adjusted to connect to a negative DC voltage so as to change a rotational speed of the rotor, thereby controlling a movement speed of the actuation rod. Accordingly, the releasing speed of the actuator is switchable.
