Abstract: A liquid crystalline polyester resin composition has high strength and low warpage due to the reinforcement effects of a filler, high toughness to be resistant to pin press-fitting, good tribological property and good flexural fatigue characteristic. The liquid crystalline polyester resin composition includes 100 parts by weight of a liquid crystalline polyester (A) having a ratio (a)/[(a)+(b)] of an amount of terminal hydroxyl group (a) to a sum of the amount of terminal hydroxyl group (a) and an amount of terminal acetyl group (b) which is 0.70 to 1.00; and 10 to 100 parts by weight of a mica (B). The mica (B) included in the liquid crystalline polyester resin composition has a volume-average particle size of 10 to 50 μm. The mica (B) has an aspect ratio of 50 to 100.

Abstract: A thermoplastic polyester resin composition includes 10 parts by weight or more and 80 parts by weight or less of a polyester resin (B) containing 50 to 90 mol % of a structure in which a terephthalic acid residue and a 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol residue are bonded, with respect to 100 parts by weight of a polybutylene terephthalate-based resin (A), wherein the thermoplastic polyester resin composition has a melting point of 222° C. or more and 230° C. or less as measured using a differential scanning calorimeter at heating and cooling rates of 20° C./min, and has a cold crystallization temperature of 170° C. or more and 200° C. or less as measured under the same condition.

Abstract: A thermoplastic polyester resin composition includes a thermoplastic polyester resin (A), an epoxy compound (B) having an epoxy equivalent of from 200 to 3,000 g/eq, and a hydroxy group-containing resin (C) having a number average molecular weight of from 2,000 to 500,000 and a halogen element content of 1,000 ppm or less, wherein the epoxy compound (B) is blended in an amount of from 0.05 to 10 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight in total of 70 to 99.9 parts by weight of the thermoplastic polyester resin (A) and 0.1 to 30 parts by weight of the hydroxy group-containing resin (C). The thermoplastic resin composition and a molded article achieve both long-term hydrolysis resistance and heat aging resistance at a high level, and can further suppress bleed-out to the surface of the molded article during heat-dry and heat-moisture treatments.
