摘要: The present invention provides a fluororesin composition which is improved in moldability in melt extrusion molding and, in particular, makes it possible to markedly reduce molding defects even when the extrusion molding for covering electric wires is carried out at a high speed. The present invention is a fluororesin composition comprising a tetrafluoroethylene/hexafluoropropylene-based copolymer and 0.01 to 3 parts by mass per 100 parts the copolymer of a polytetrafluoroethylene having a standard specific gravity of 2.15 to 2.30, and being obtained by mixing an aqueous dispersion of the tetrafluoroethylene/hexafluoropropylene-based copolymer with an aqueous dispersion of the polytetrafluoroethylene, causing coagulation, drying the polymer mixture and melt-extruding the same.

摘要: To provide a thermosetting powder coating composition which comprises a powder of a composite resin comprising a vinylidene fluoride polymer having crosslinkable functional group and a methyl methacrylate polymer and having a melt flow rate of 1 to 1,000 g/10 min when measured at 130° C. at a load of 2.1 kg. The coating composition has advantages that the preparation thereof is easy because pulverization can be carried out at room temperature as well as at low temperatures, the composite resin has excellent compatibility with various curing agents and the composition gives a coating film having excellent properties.

摘要: Carbon fluoride particles in which a number-average particle size is 0.01 to 50 .mu.m, a content of particles having such a diameter that the particles size distribution falls with in range of the number-average particle size .+-.20% amounts to at least 50% of the whole, a true specific gravity is 1.7 to 2.5, a F/C as a whole is 0.001 to 0.5, and a F/C at the surface is always larger than the F/C as a whole and is 0.1 to 2.0. These carbon fluoride particles are obtainable by reacting carbon particles with fluorine at 350.degree. to 600.degree. C. for one minute to six hours. These carbon fluoride particles have an excellent dispersibility and a powder flowability, and are usable solely or in the form of composite, as water- and oil- repellents, non-tackifying agents, solid lubricants, agents for imparting electric conductivity, additives to toner for developing electrostatic image, additives to coating of carrier for developing electrostatic image, composite materials for fixing roller, phosphoric acid fuel cells, zinc/air batteries and nickel/hydride storage batteries.

摘要: The present invention provides an organosol composition that is stable even in the case that the PTFE particle content is high. The present invention relates to an organosol composition of PTFE particles, comprising PTFE particles (A), a polymer (B), and an organic solvent (S), wherein (1) the polymer (B) is soluble in the organic solvent (S), (2) the amount of the PTFE particles (A) is not lower than 50% by mass of the total amount of the PTFE particles (A) and the polymer (B), and (3) the precipitation ratio of the PTFE particles after 48 hours is not higher than 60% when the total solids concentration of the PTFE particles (A) and the polymer (B) is 5% by mass.
