    摘要: A system including a device including an RF tag embedded in a casing, and a mobile phone having an RF tag reader which is operable upon reading the RF tag to perform an operation associated with said RF tag. When the user wants to perform a certain operation with the phone, he can by-pass the normal input technologies, typically a keypad, by manoeuvring the device such that the RIF tag is read by the RF tag reader, and then the personal communication apparatus performs an operation associated with the RF tag. Thus, the present invention offers rapid access to regularly used functions or operations without the need to navigate a menu. Moreover, access to these regularly used functions is made intuitive by associating a physical object, i.e. the device, with an operation.

    摘要: A process for preparing ultrafine carbide powder of silicon or titanium and other carbide which are used as refractory materials comprises the steps of passing electric current to a carbon member held in contact with a material such as silicon in a vacuum vessel into which an inert gas at a desired pressure is introduced and collecting a carbide powder of the material fuming into the gas as a result of a high-temperature reaction between the material and carbon member in contact, thus producing carbide powder of ultrafine particles and of high-purity with high efficiency. A preheater facilitates the passing of electricity through the material by reducing the resistance thereof and leads to efficient preparation of the ultrafine carbide powder.

    摘要: Objects of the present invention are to provide a continuous emulsification process and equipment therefor in which exact viscosity is measured inline and production conditions are controlled automatically, and a continuous production method for process cheese type and equipment therefor. The present invention provides a continuous production method for process cheese type in which process cheese type ingredients are agitated and emulsified with any agitation intensity by an agitation bar 4 while heating in the vessel which is applied with fixed back pressure, the process cheese type is flowed and held in a holding pipe 7 for a certain period and thereby the process cheese type is cooled, and then the cooled process cheese type is molded and filled and a process cheese type product 13 is produced, wherein a transducer of an oscillating viscometer is immersed in the process cheese type during holding or after cooling such that the transducer is not directly contacted with the process cheese type; and wherein agitation intensity of the agitation device and/or back pressure applied to the vessel is adjusted such that a detected value of the transducer becomes near a target value which is set in advance, and thereby production conditions are controlled automatically so that the viscosity of the process cheese type during holding or after cooling becomes near a target viscosity.

A gain temperature compensation circuit includes a circulator and a thermistor.
