摘要: In a system having plural terminals including terminals A, B, when the terminal A is editing a data object and editing information is shared among the plural terminals, if the terminal B performs a changeover operation of displayed page, the editing operation in the terminal A is cancelled, and the editing information is deleted in the other terminals. In the terminal A, the editing information by that time is held, and when the data object is restored, the held editing information is transmitted to the other terminals. Then the initial display status is restored in the other terminals.

摘要: A contact structure for connecting a semiconductor device to a wiring electrode includes a semiconductor layer forming a part of the semiconductor device. A first contact layer of reduced resistivity covers a surface of the semiconductor layer. An insulating structure is provided on the first contact layer so as to bury the first contact layer underneath. A penetrating hole is opened through the insulating structure so as to expose a part of the first contact layer. A second contact layer of reduced resistivity is provided on the part of the first contact layer exposed by the penetrating hole. The second contact layer extends from a bottom of the penetrating hole along its side wall. A conductor layer forms the wiring electrode provided on the second contact layer.

摘要: The client's screen includes a shared area that displays a portion of the server's screen information. The present invention performs a remote event from the client upon the server by causing an input event that is instigated upon the shared area thereof to be replayed upon the server. When this circumstance occurs, the client detects the instruction for the transfer of data to the shared area thereof, requests the transfer of data from the server, receives the data that is thereby transferred from the server, and develops the data thus received to the client's memory space. Upon receipt of the request for transfer of data from the client, the server converts the data that is stored within the server's own memory space into a state wherein the data thus stored is capable of being transferred, and transmits the data thus converted to the client.
