A multistory parking lot comprises an entrance and an exit, a rack for containing a motor vehicle, and an apparatus for transferring a motor vehicle to the rack for containing a motor vehicle.

    摘要: An ice lift apparatus for lifting ice cubes manufactured by an ice maker comprising a horizontal transporting section, a vertical transporting section and an ice discharge section is provided. The apparatus comprises two endless conveyor members driven by a driving unit, a multiplicity of transverse bars mounted between the conveyor members at an interval slightly greater than the longest side of the ice cube, and a stationary guide member disposed within a region defined by the running path of the endless conveyor members with a distance from the transverse bars located at the side of the forward running path of the conveyor members, which distance lies in a range of about 1/2 to 2/3 of the bar interval. Also, the guide member is so disposed as to cause the distance to decrease progressively toward the ice discharge section. When the apparatus is installed within an ice storage chamber having a front door, the driving unit can be controlled by a control means so as to prevent actuation thereof in the open state of the front door.

    摘要: A slide printer exposes an elongated microcapsule sheet to a light image in an exposure position, and, thereafter, a pressure development unit forms a visible output image on a developer sheet superposed with the exposed portion of the microcapsule sheet. The slide printer includes two light paths which are provided between a slide projector and an exposure stand in the exposure position and switched by a movable reflector according to a selected one of A4 size and A3 size of the developer sheet. A first and second exposure area to be exposed to the light image are selectively set on the microcapsule sheet in the exposure stand. The second exposure area corresponding to A4 size is arranged within the first exposure area corresponding to A3 size and in the nearest position to the development unit in a feed path of the microcapsule sheet, thereby preventing an unexposed portion of the microcapsule sheet from being left on the side close to the development unit of the second exposure area.

    摘要: A printer, including a first and a second feed mechanism supported by a carriage for feeding a print ribbon and an erase ribbon, respectively, at least one rotatable shaft supported by the reciprocating carriage rotatably in opposite directions, a one-way clutch for transmitting the shaft rotation in one of the opposite directions to the first feed mechanism, and inhibiting transmission of the rotation in the other direction, and a control mechanism for inhibiting transmission of the shaft rotation to the second feed mechanism when the printer is in a printing mode, and transmitting the shaft rotation to the second ribbon mechanism when the printer is in a correction mode, whereby the carriage reciprocation activates the first and second feed mechanisms. A converter may be provided for converting the shaft rotation into movements of a ribbon lift to shift the erase ribbon between an erasing and an inoperative position. The rotation control mechanism inhibits transmission of the shaft rotation to the converter while in the printing mode, but transmits the rotation to the converter while in the correction mode. Thus, the carriage reciprocation also cause the shifting movements of the erase ribbon.

    摘要: A method of recovery of furnace gas energy for use to recover excess gas energy from a single or a plurality of furnace gas energy recovering plants each including an expansion turbine mounted in each exhaust system of each blast furnace. In one embodiment, excess gas beyond the power of the respective expansion turbine to recover is removed from each exhaust system of each blast furnace concerned through a branch line, and the removed excess gas is introduced into another expansion turbine through a pressure control valve, to thereby recover the energy possessed by the excess gas. In another embodiment, excess gas is removed through a branch line from each exhaust system of each plant having excess gas beyond the power of the respective expansion turbine to recover mounted in each blast furnace, and the removed excess gas is introduced through a pressure control valve and a flow distribution valve into at least one plant having reserve in the furnace gas energy recovering capacity to thereby recover the energy possessed by the excess gas.The pressure control valve is regulated by pressure control valve regulating means having the functions of furnace gas pressure control and backflow prevention.
