    摘要: The present invention relates to a transparent, low-flammability, UV-resistant, oriented film made from a crystallizable thermoplastic and having a thickness of from 5 to 300 μm. The film comprises at least one UV stabilizer and at least one flame retardant, and at least the flame retardant, and preferably also the UV stabilizer, is fed directly as a masterbatch to the crystallizable thermoplastic during production of the film. The film may have one or more layers, and the UV stabilizer may have been selected from the group consisting of the 2-hydroxybenzophenones, the 2-hydroxybenzotriazoles, the organonickel compounds, the salicylic esters, the cinnamic ester derivatives, the resorcinol monobenzoates, the oxanilides, the hydroxybenzoic esters, the sterically hindered amines and triazines, and the flame retardant may be an organic phosphorus compound, in particular an organic phosphorus compound soluble in polyethylene terephthalate.

    摘要: The invention relates to biaxially orientated, co-extruded polyester films, which have at least one base layer that contains a thermoplastic polyester, preferably polyethylene terephthalate and approx. 2 to 60 wt.-% of a cycloolefin copolymer that is preferably composed of norbornene and ethylene units and which have at least one cover layer that is devoid of a COC and which optionally have additional cover or intermediate layers and can contain conventional additives such as stabilisers and anti-blocking agents. Said films are characterized in particular by a degree of whiteness>70%, an opacity>55% and a gloss, (at least on one side)>100 and are therefore suitable for numerous industrial applications. During the production of the films in accordance with the co-extrusion process, up to 70 wt.-% of reclaimed product can be used, without having a noticeable negative effect on the physical properties of the film.

It also comprises at least barium sulfate, at least one UV stabilizer and at least one optical brightener. The barium sulfate and/or the optical brightener and/or the UV stabilizer here is either incorporated directly into the thermoplastic when the polymer is prepared or fed as a masterbatch during film production.     摘要: Invention relates to a process for producing a single-layer or multilayer film by extrusion or coextrusion, biaxial orientation, and heat setting based on crystallizable thermoplastics whose principal constituent is a crystallizable thermoplastic having a standard viscosity SV (DCA) of from 600 to 1000. The thermoplastic is mixed prior to extrusion or coextrusion with 50% by weight (based on the total weight of all thermoplastics) of a secondary thermoplastic having a standard viscosity SV (DCA) of more than 900 to 1500, the standard viscosity SV (DCA) of the two thermoplastics differing by at least 100 units. The secondary thermoplastic is a byproduct or waste product from the production of PET plastic bottles or originates from recycled PET bottles.

    摘要: The invention relates to an opaque, white film with a thickness of from 10 to 500 μm whose principal constituent is a crystallizable thermoplastic. The film comprises at least barium sulfate and at least one optical brightener. The barium sulfate and/or the optical brightener are incorporated directly into the crystallizable thermoplastic or are fed as a masterbatch during film production. At least one surface of the film bears a functional coating with a thickness of from 5 to 100 nm, in order to confer on the film surface an additional function such as sealability, printability, metallizability, sterilizability, antistatic properties, aroma barrier properties or improved adhesion to materials which would not adhere to the film surface without the coating, for example photographic emulsions.
