    摘要: An apparatus includes a measurement unit configured to measure exercise data as a result of an exercise performed on a weight-stack machine. The measurement unit includes a plurality of sub-measurement units. Each of the plurality of sub-measurement units comprises a proximity sensor. The proximity sensor is configured to detect presence of a nearby object. Each of the plurality of sub-measurement units is coupled to one of the plurality of weight plates in the weight-stack machine. When the person selects an amount of weights to exercise, presence of a selection means is detected by the proximity sensor in one of the plurality of sub-measurement units and, as a result, the measurement unit is capable of determining the amount of weights with which the person exercises.

    摘要: The present invention provides a tape substrate with COF structures for a liquid crystal display panel. A plurality of package units with the COF structures are arranged along a longitudinal direction of the tape substrate. Each of the package units includes input leads and output leads. In each of the package units, along the longitudinal direction of the tape substrate, the input leads and the output leads are disposed at both sides of the tape substrate, respectively. The present invention further provides the liquid crystal display panel using the tape substrate.

    摘要: Known photovoltaic cells with wrap through connections have output terminals of both polarities on its back surface, one of which is coupled to the front surface via the wrap through connections. The invented solar cell is manufactured by creating an emitter layer on the back surface. Electrode material is applied in mutually separate first and second areas on the back surface. The electrode material in the first area contacts the emitter. The second area covers a surrounding of a hole that provides for the connection on the back surface. The electrode material in the second area lies on the emitter and around the second area the emitter is interrupted by a trench. On the front surface a further area of electrode material is applied over the hole. If necessary the electrode material in the second area on the back surface is applied on a supporting surface that is substantially electrically isolated from current flowing laterally through the emitter layer underneath the first area.

    摘要: The invention discloses a flexible printed circuit board, a chip on film and a manufacturing method. The flexible printed circuit board used for hot pressing includes an insulating substrate with long edges; the insulating substrate is provided with a plurality of pins used for hot pressing; the pins of the flexible printed circuit board used for hot pressing are along the long edge of the insulating substrate; the spacing between two adjacent pins is gradually reduced from both ends to the middle. In the invention, after hot lamination, the spacing between the pins can almost keep constant and is equivalent to the expansion result of the LCD panel; thus, better electrical connection of the pins and the leads of the LCD panel can be ensured, and electrical contact is more reliable.

The LCD driver chip of each of the packaging units is parallel to the moving direction of the substrate tape, the first lead and the second lead of each of the packaging units are extended along a width of the substrate tape. By the method, the number and intervals of the leads are not limited by the width dimension of the substrate tape, in order to suit the requirements of large-sized liquid crystal panels.

    摘要: A chip on film (COF) is disclosed in the present disclosure, which comprises an adhesive base layer, a driving integrated circuit (IC), an adhesive layer and a copper layer. The driving IC is embedded on a surface of the adhesive base layer; the adhesive layer is located under the adhesive base layer; the copper layer is located under the adhesive layer. The adhesive base layer is formed with a heat and pressure spreading structure. A heat and pressure spreading structure is disposed on the adhesive base layer of the COF so that deformation or unevenness of the glass substrate in the bonded area can be avoided when the COF is thermally pressed to the glass substrate of the LCD. These guarantees the consistency between the bonded area and the unbounded area, the bonded area and the unbounded area of the glass substrate will have the same transmissivity and luminance.
