    摘要: A method and a device for computing sense data, which automatically compute data relating to feelings or senses generated by the human sensations by analyzing signals, such as audio signals, relating to the sensations. In the device, a MP3 decoder storing unit stores digital sound data which has been recorded using MP3 system. A decompression unit decompresses MP3 data which has been decompressed, and outputs as sound pressure value data at each frequency area. A sense data computation unit includes a feeling analysis unit and a rhythm analysis unit. The rhythm analysis unit obtains count of beats per unit time based on the sound pressure value data. The feeling analysis unit obtains a few kinds of feeling parameter values based on the sound pressure value data, determines the kind and level of feelings based on the value of feeling parameter and the count of beats per unit time, and writes the results thereof into a sense data accumulation unit.

    摘要: A knee protecting airbag device comprises an airbag, an inflator, a case and an airbag cover to be assembled with the case. The case houses the airbag and the inflator, and is fixed to the side of the vehicular body with its rear side open. The airbag cover includes a door and a general portion around the door. The door closes the opening of the case and opens when the airbag expands and inflates. The general portion is surrounded by interior members of the vehicle when mounted on the vehicle. The knee protecting airbag device is mounted on the vehicle in an assembled state in which the airbag, the inflator and the airbag cover are joined to the case. The airbag cover is joined to the case in a movable manner so as to absorb the dimensional inconsistency between itself and the surrounding interior members.

    摘要: The whole of a semiconductor integrated circuit operating in synchronism with a clock signal, is divided into a plurality of circuit blocks in units of a function, and different clock signals are supplied to the circuit blocks, respectively. Each of the circuit blocks is so constructed as to minimize the clock skew, by taking into consideration the size of clock buffers and the balance in load of the clock buffers. A data signal between two circuit blocks of the circuit blocks is transferred through a queue which is controlled to fetch the data in response to the clock signal supplied to the circuit block at the input side of the queue and to output the fetched data in response to the clock signal supplied to the circuit block at the output side of the queue.

    摘要: Ground lines 2 are disposed so as to sandwich a power supply line 1. A gate oxide film 3 and a gate 4 are formed below the power supply line 1. An n-type area 8 is formed adjacent to the end of the gate oxide film to set the ground potential thereto. A p-type area 9 is formed at most of the remaining part below the ground line to make it contact the substrate. Since the potential of the gate equals that of the power source, an inversion layer is formed below the oxide film, where the ground potential results through the n-type area. By sandwiching the gate oxide film between the gate and the inversion layer, a capacitor is formed. The size of the capacitor is half in length as large as the width of the power supply wiring, and the width substantially equals the length of the power supply wiring, the parasitic resistance generated at the gate or inversion layer is suppressed small, and the gate capacitance approximately corresponding to the area of master power supply wiring is interposed between the power source and the ground. As a result, a large capacitance bypass capacitor can be formed between the power source and the ground, and a power supply wiring which is great in effect of eliminating power supply noise can be obtained.
