摘要: The present invention provides a signal processing apparatus having at least a boundary scan chain for carrying out a boundary scan test, a CPU capable of being controlled by the boundary scan chain, a non-volatile memory for storing an operating program of the CPU and necessary data, and an input terminal for inputting data and other control signals from the outside to the boundary scan chain, a register for holding data transferred from the boundary scan chain and a memory for holding the data read from the register. During data rewriting, based on the control of the boundary scan chain, a rewriting program is input via the input terminal from a writing device to the boundary scan chain and then stored in the memory through the register, the CPU inputs rewriting data to write it into the non-volatile memory based on the control of the rewriting program stored in the memory.

摘要: A series of pulses of ultrasonic wave emitted from the transmitter with a specified period are received by the receiver. The received signals are rectified to a smooth wave with a single peak. The occurrence time of the peak is determined to gain and store the peak value, which corresponds to the edge position, thickness or splice position of the web. Alternatively, the transmitter emits a series of pulses of ultrasonic wave with a specified period and the peak value in the signals received by the receiver is once held in the peak-holding circuit. The peak voltage held is discharged and reduced with the discharge device and smoothing of the charged voltage yields its mean value, which corresponds to the edge position, thickness or splice position of the web.

摘要: The disclosure relates to a metal oxide film formed on a glass substrate by the so-gel process with using a solution of a metal alkoxide. To afford water repellency to the oxide film, a fluoroalkylsilane is mixed with an alkoxysilane solution in the molar ratio of the alkoxysilane to the fluoroalkylsilane ranging from 1:10 to 10:1. Then, the mixed solution is diluted with a solvent such that the total concentration of the alkoxysilane and the fluoroalkylsilane is from 1 to 10 wt % in a diluted solution. Then, water in the amount of 100 mol % to 1000 mol % of the total amounts of the fluoroalkylsilane and the alkoxysilane is added to the diluted solution so as to partially hydrolyze the fluoroalkylsilane and the alkoxysilane, thereby forming a sol. Then, the sol is applied to the glass substrate, and the coated glass substrate is heated so as to form the metal oxide film thereon.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to easily detect a short circuit failure in a current collector of a prismatic battery and prevent a short circuit caused by an existence of a burr generated while cutting or a spatter generated while welding the current collector to an electrode plate. A battery unit is housed in a metallic battery case. In the battery unit, current collectors having bent portions on both sides are fixed to face surfaces of an electrode plate group of a prismatic battery. The portions of the battery case, which correspond to the bent portions, are pressed in a thickness direction. Under the pressure, a short circuit inspection for a short circuit between the battery case and the current collectors of the battery unit is executed. When a projected object exists on the bent portion, a short circuit is generated between the battery case and the current collector by pressing so that a short circuit failure caused by a shape of the current collector can be detected.

摘要: A wiring harness clamp is provided with a main body, a locking projection projected from the main body, and a pair of resilient latch arms extended from both sides of a top surface of the locking projection directed to the main body. Each of the resilient latch arm includes a latch portion including a guiding bevel at the distal end thereof. When the locking projection is inserted to a mounting hole of a panel, the latch portions are engaged with a peripheral border of the mounting hole. When the main body is pulled up so that the guiding bevel abuts the peripheral border, the resilient latch arms are elastically bent so as to cancel the engagement.
