摘要: A lithium-ion secondary battery 1 comprises an anode including a conductive anode active material containing layer containing an anode active material; a cathode including a conductive cathode active material containing layer containing a cathode active material; a nonaqueous electrolytic solution containing a lithium salt, propylene carbonate, and a linear carbonate; and a case accommodating the anode, cathode, and nonaqueous electrolytic solution in a closed state. The nonaqueous electrolytic solution further contains an additive satisfying the condition represented by expression (1): +0.9V≦(E2−E1)≦+2.5V, whereas the moisture content in the anode active material containing layer is regulated so as to satisfy the condition represented by expression (2): 40 ppm≦C1≦100 ppm. E1 is the standard electrode potential (V vs. SHE) of a redox pair Li/Li+, and E2 is the standard electrode potential (V vs. SHE) of a redox pair in the additive in expression (1); and Cl is the moisture content in 1 g of the material constituting the anode active material containing layer in expression (2).

摘要: An image processing apparatus samples an image signal to thin out pixel values used as adjacent pixels in intra-frame prediction according a size in a horizontal direction of an image to be coded or a size in a vertical direction of regions in a matrix into which the image is divided then performs interpolation using the sampled pixel values to reconstruct the adjacent pixels. A predicted image generation unit within the image processing apparatus performs intra-frame prediction using the reconstructed adjacent pixels and codes the resulting image thus reducing the amount of memory required for intra-frame prediction.

摘要: A filtering operation unit (254) performs a filtering operation by using the image data and the coefficient set of taps constructed with respect to a pixel to be filtered, the pixel to be filtered being of an image generated through a decoding process. A filter control unit (259) determines a tap position in a block. When the tap position is located within a predetermined range from a block boundary, the image data of taps located within the predetermined range is replaced or the coefficient set is changed so that the filtering operation can be performed without the use of image data within the predetermined range. Thus, the memory capacity of the line memory to be used in the loop filtering process can be reduced.

摘要: An identifier generator generates a second identifier containing information on contents. The second identifier is different from a first identifier used to grant a connection request sent from a terminal apparatus. A beacon transmitter transmits the second identifier, generated by the identifier generator, as a beacon. A connection processing unit permits the connection request by the first identifier stored beforehand in the terminal apparatus, and rejects the connection request by the second identifier. A base station apparatus generates the first identifier containing address information used to access a server apparatus, as an identifier used to permit a connection request sent from the terminal apparatus. The base station apparatus transmits, as beacons, a first identifier and a second identifier used to identify the base station itself. The terminal apparatus acquires the address information contained in the received first identifier, conveys the second identifier to the server apparatus identified by the address information, and acquires information on the contents distributed by the base station apparatus.

摘要: A content transmitter distributes contents. An update information management unit manages update information on the update of the contents distributed by the content transmitter. An identifier generator generates notifying identifiers containing the update information managed by the update information management unit. The update information contains the update time of each content or a time period until each content is updated. A beacon transmitter transmits, as beacon, the notifying identifiers generated by the identifier generator.
