摘要: A dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion device is formed by sequentially arranging a dye-sensitized semiconductor layer (3), a porous insulating layer (4) and a counter electrode (5) on a transparent conductive layer (2) which is formed on a transparent substrate (1). The counter electrode (5) is composed of a metal or alloy foil having a catalyst layer on one surface which is on the porous insulating layer (4) side, or a foil made of a material having a catalytic activity. At a position between two adjacent dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion devices, the transparent conductive layer (2) of one dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion device and the counter electrode (5) of the other dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion device are electrically connected with each other. The dye-sensitized semiconductor layer (3) and the porous insulating layer (4) are impregnated with an electrolyte. Each dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion device is covered with a sealing layer (7).

摘要: When it is predicted that an engine is going to be started in the near future, a heater portion of an air flow meter is energized so as to be heated in advance. Prior to the pre-heating, an intake air temperature is sensed by a temperature sensing portion of the air flow meter. After completion of start-up of an intake air temperature sensor, a difference between the intake air temperature sensed by the intake air temperature sensor and the previously sensed intake air temperature is obtained. When the difference is above a predetermined value, it is judged that the intake air temperature sensor or the air flow meter is in an abnormal condition.

摘要: A radio resource allocation system in which equipment placed on a road allocates a radio resource to in-vehicle equipment that exists in a given area is provided. The radio resource allocation system includes the in-vehicle equipment mounted on a vehicle that communicates with another in-vehicle equipment by using the radio resource. The in-vehicle equipment includes a signal transmitting unit that transmits a signal showing that the own vehicle exists in the given area. The roadside equipment includes a radio resource allocation unit that allocates the radio resource to the in-vehicle equipment when the roadside equipment receives the signal transmitted by the signal transmitting unit, and a radio resource release unit that releases the radio resource when the roadside equipment does not receive the signal from the in-vehicle equipment that is allocated the radio resource by the radio resource allocation unit.

摘要: A gas sensor has a gas diffusion barrier that supports therein a catalyst that catalyzes a reaction between combustible components and oxygen; a solid electrolyte having oxide ion conductivity; and electrodes formed on opposite surfaces of the solid electrolyte. The electrode is formed in a region into which ambient gas diffuses at a rate limited by the gas diffusion barrier. The electrode also catalyzes the reaction between combustible gas and oxygen. The electrode is formed in a region into which atmosphere is introduced.

摘要: The present invention provides a film composition containing caramel (Caramel I, II, III or IV) as a brown colorant, particularly a film composition containing a water-soluble cellulose derivative as a base component and suitably used for a capsule base, the film composition ensuring high degree of transparency because of the suppression of caramel aggregation. The present invention also provides a method for preparing the brown film composition. The present invention is enforced by adjusting pH of an aqueous solution in forming a film composition, which is obtained by solidification of an aqueous solution containing a water-soluble cellulose derivative and caramel, to a predetermined range using a pH adjuster.
