摘要: A method and an apparatus for inducing artificial hibernation of marine animal, wherein the temperature of sea water with marine animals is gradually lowered in stepwise process, while the sea water temperature is kept as is for a predetermined period of time at each step of lowering temperature, whereby the predetermined period of time maintained for each step of the lowered temperature is gradually increased to a point where changes of oxygen consumption by the marine animals greatly decreased or the changes of oxygen consumption is reached almost zero, and starting from this point, the time of constantly maintaining the sea water temperature at each step is gradually reduced to thereby ensuring a long survival rate (viability) of marine animals.

摘要: The present invention relates to marine medaka genes responding to the exposure of endocrine-disrupting chemicals, and a method for diagnosing an aquatic eco-system contamination using the marine medaka genes. Specifically, the method for diagnosing an aquatic eco-system contamination, according to the present invention, makes use of marine medaka genes of which the expression amount changes according to 17β-estradiol, or marine medaka genes of which the expression amount changes according to bisphenol A. Since it was verified that genes of marine medaka exposed to 17β-estradiol are changed or genes of marine medaka exposed to bisphenol A are changed, the present invention can be used in a useful manner for a microarray chip in which marine medaka genes responding to 17β-estradiol or marine medaka genes responding to bisphenol A are integrated, for a diagnosis using same, and for a method for diagnosing health or detecting stress of a marine eco-system by applying a kit having the microarray chip.

摘要: Disclosed is an assembled helical turbine system, which can prevent its assembly/disassembly from being hindered by a rotational force generated during the assembly/disassembly process. The assembled helical turbine system includes a helical turbine formed with a plurality of blades in such a manner as to continuously generate a rotational force under unidirectional or multidirectional fluid flow; a housing assembly for rotatably supporting the helical turbine while surrounding the helical turbine; stoppers formed on a peripheral surface of the housing assembly in such a manner as to protrude to a predetermined height from the peripheral surface; and a housing supporter for supporting the housing assembly in such a manner that the housing assembly can be inserted into and withdrawn from the housing supporter, the housing supporter having catch grooves that are recessed in a shape corresponding to the stoppers so as to fix the stoppers.

摘要: Disclosed is a helical turbine power generation system for generating electricity by using a helical turbine and a synchronous generator, the system including: a helical turbine rotatably provided in a frame so as to continuously generate rotation force under unidirectional or multidirectional fluid flow; a step-up gear for increasing a rotational velocity of the helical turbine up to a level required for generating electricity; a fluid coupling for preventing the rotational velocity increased by the step-up gear from increasing above a required velocity at a temporarily high rate of fluid flow; and a synchronous generator for generating electricity by using the rotational velocity transferred from the fluid coupling. Therefore, it is possible to reduce equipment costs and to prevent environmental pollution.
