Disclosed herein are technologies regarding a communication device and server which are capable of cryptographic communication based on quantum cryptography. A communication device for quantum cryptography authentication includes: an optical communication unit configured to receive a series of first quantum signals generated by passing through a first quantum filter of the communication device; a quantum signal generation unit configured to generate the first quantum signals by setting up the first quantum filter in a reception path for a series of second quantum signals generated and sent by a server; and a processor configured to select the setup of the first quantum filter based on a series of randomly generated first quantum states, and to control the quantum signal generation unit to generate the first quantum signals by using the first quantum filter.

Disclosed herein are a method and device for cloaking an acoustic wave. A method for cloaking an acoustic wave according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: obtaining a target characteristic of a meta-material based on a correlation between an acoustic propagation mathematical model predetermined for the propagation of an acoustic wave and an electromagnetic wave mathematical model predetermined for an electromagnetic wave; arranging scattering media having a predetermined media density to have spatial periodicity so that the obtained target characteristic is achieved; and blocking a region including a target object from an acoustic wave by disposing the meta-material including the scattering media arranged to have spatial periodicity, to surround the region.

A cloaking apparatus and method are disclosed herein. The cloaking apparatus for cloaking a target object using meta-material includes a compensation unit, and a cloaking cell. The compensation unit is disposed in a second space surrounding part of a first space including the target object, and is composed of a first meta-material having a predetermined negative refractive index. The cloaking shell is configured to surround part of the compensation unit, and is composed of a second meta-material. The negative refractive index may be a negative refractive index that is adapted to cloak the target object by compensating for the positive refractive index of the first space.

A server for transmitting and receiving messages for a Signaling (S) layer in a Moving Picture Experts Group (MPEG) Media Transport (MMT) is provided. The server includes a first sub-layer of the S layer for producing first messages to provide information used for the use of MPEG, a second sub-layer of the S layer for producing second messages to provide information used for delivering MPEG media, and a Delivery (D) layer for making external and internal deliveries of the first and the second messages, wherein each of the first and the second messages includes at least one field corresponding to each of the message type, version, length, extension field and payload.

There are provided a phase shift circuit and a power factor correction circuit including the same. The phase shift circuit includes a switching circuit unit charging power in or discharging power from a capacitor through a plurality of switching devices and comparing a voltage of the capacitor with a predetermined reference voltage, and a clock generating unit generating a reference clock signal based on an output of the switching circuit unit, wherein the switching circuit unit turns the plurality of switching devices on or off, based on currents from inductors respectively included in a main circuit and a sub-circuit of a power factor correction circuit to determine a polarity of the voltage of the capacitor.

The apparatus includes a processor configured to: generate a forward-looking InSAR (Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar) interferogram and a backward-looking InSAR interferogram of multi-temporal interferometric pairs; generate a residual forward-looking interferogram and a residual backward-looking interferogram by removing low-frequency phase components from the forward-looking InSAR interferogram and the backward-looking InSAR interferogram; generate a stacked forward-looking interferogram and a stacked backward-looking interferogram by separately stacking the residual forward-looking interferogram and the residual backward-looking interferogram; and generate a stacked MAI interferogram based on a phase difference between the stacked forward-looking interferogram and the stacked backward-looking interferogram.

The present invention relates to an IC circuit. In an embodiment, an IC circuit includes: an RT terminal connected to an external; a current mirroring unit conducting a channel current between internal voltage power and the RT terminal and generating an internal reference current mirrored with the channel current; a negative feedback unit receiving the internal reference current, equalizing voltages of an RT terminal connection terminal and an internal reference current output terminal of the current mirroring unit to make the internal reference current constant, and providing the internal reference current inside the IC circuit; and an IC state indicating unit having a transistor, which operates complementarily with the current mirroring unit, connected between the RT terminal and a ground and providing the state of an IC or a system to the RT terminal by being linked with the complementary operation of the current mirroring unit.
