    摘要: A needleless connector module comprises: a sleeve tube, an elastic valve, a flow guiding unit and an extension unit. The elastic valve sleeves a guiding tube of the flow guiding unit. A hollow shoulder portion of the elastic valve abuts a slanted retaining wall of the sleeve tube. Under a first usage condition, the hollow head portion of the elastic valve encloses the guiding tube narrow portion, hiding the first guiding opening in the airtight seam. Under a second usage condition, an injection tube presses the top face of the elastic valve, a hollow head portion of the elastic valve presses downward, driving the valve inner wall to abut a waist platform formed on the guiding tube, such that the first guiding opening is exposed outside the airtight seam, and such that the first guiding opening is connected to an injection opening of the injection tube.

    摘要: Embodiments of luer-type needle-free valve devices are disclosed. One of the novel aspects of the invention is its ability to transform from an open state to a closed state. The open position eliminates the potential for a differential pressure to exist between the volume connected to the inlet and outlet of the valve fitting. The closed position enables the device to maintain a differential pressure between the volume connected to the inlet and outlet of the valve fitting. The invention is useful in manufacturing sterile medical devices by allowing all surfaces to communicate with the sterilizing agent when the valve is in an open configuration when it is in a closed position.

    摘要: A pressure activated two-way slit valve assembly is designed to be used in combination with, but not limited to, a high flow rate catheter to prevent accidental ingestion of air or loss of blood if the closure cap comes off during non-use of the catheter. In addition, the potential for occlusion of the catheter due to blood clots in the catheter and catheter related infection is substantially reduced. The pressure activated two-way slit valve assembly includes a first end, a second end, a wall defining a dumbbell shaped channel, and a flexible, thin disk having a slit and positioned within the pressure activated two-way slit valve assembly to reside within the dumbbell shaped channel. The slit and the dumbbell shaped channel are sized to enable the slit to deform in response to a predetermined pressure differential across the slit to allow fluid to pass therethrough.

    摘要: A valve body is formed from an elastic member in the form of an elliptic or circular film (disk shape) having an upper face and a lower face. The valve body has an opening and closing section which is opened and closed in response to insertion and pulling out of a dilator and is formed from a first slit, a second slit, a second concave portion and two third concave portions. A pair of ribs and six projections are formed on the lower face side of the valve body. The ribs are disposed in opposing relationship to each other with the second slit interposed therebetween and extend along the lower face. Further, the projections are disposed such that they are positioned on the inner side of the ribs and are opposed to each other with the second slit interposed therebetween.
