    摘要: This invention relates to a new pallet lift system for the movement of pallets via the use of a new pallet jack and dolly in conjunction with new tines to transport the pallet from one location to another and minimize the risk of damaging or marring the surface across which the pallet is moved by utilizing a pallet jack and a dolly equipped with soft wheels to allow a pallet to move over door thresholds and floor surfaces without risking damage to the surface, and to facilitate the transportation of pallets of merchandise across an uneven surface such as a parking lot, and into and through a narrow entrance such as a standard doorway and provides a method to load pallets in and out of trucks with the narrow edge leading, thus increasing the usable space inside a typical truck, the present invention being able to be used with multiple different sized pallets.

    摘要: This invention relates to a piggyback forklift truck and a method of operating same. The piggyback forklift truck comprises a motive power unit which includes an electric motor, a rechargeable battery pack powering the electric motor, a battery pack charging unit, a first electricity power supply connector in electrical communication with the battery pack charging unit, a DC/AC converter in electrical communication with the battery pack charging unit, and a second electricity power supply connector in electrical communication with the DC/AC converter, the second electricity power supply being arranged for reception of an electrical power take off feed from a carrying vehicle. In this way, the piggyback forklift truck can be charged by the mains supply when the carrying vehicle is not in transit and can be trickle charged while the carrying vehicle is in transit. This will maximize the operating time of the electrically powered piggyback forklift truck while it is making deliveries to customers.

The forklift includes a mast assembly having a mast frame with winch assembly and winch cable mounted thereon. The mast frame is mounted on top of a mast base frame. The frame includes a pair of large front wheels and a pair of large rear pivot wheels. A handle is attached to the rear of the frame for turning the rear wheels and moving the forklift. A fork assembly is mounted on front of the mast assembly and includes a fork frame and two adjustable, “L” shaped lift forks. The forks are used for engaging and lifting pallets. The fork frame is slidably mounted on the mast frame and connected to a lift assembly. The lift assembly is used for raising and lowering the fork frame and forks on the mast frame.
