    摘要: An insulated concrete panel comprising an insulation layer having one or more openings extending therethrough, a first concrete layer adjacent to a first surface of the insulation layer, a second concrete layer adjacent to a second surface of the insulation layer, and a wall tie received within one or more of the openings. The wall tie includes a central section received within the one or more openings of the insulation layer, a first concrete engaging at least partially embedded within the first concrete layer, and a second concrete engaging section embedded within the second concrete layer. The second concrete engaging section has a maximum width that is larger than a maximum width of the central section. The central section of the wall tie is configured to transfer shear forces and resist delamination forces between the first and second concrete layers.

    摘要: A prefabricated insulation wall panel for construction of a wall includes two elongated studs, each having a planar web section and inner and outer flanges, one or more insulation boards vertically disposed between the two studs, and one or more reinforcing mesh fastened to the flanges of the elongated studs on inner, outer or both sides of the wall panel. The reinforcing mesh has a preformed overhang section extending laterally beyond the elongated stud. The web section includes multiple through-holes spaced apart vertically, closer to the inner flange than to the outer flange. The insulation board is thinner than the width of the wed section, disposed with its inner surface against inner flanges of the studs and two side edges covering the through-holes on the web section of the stud, thus establishing a distance between the outer surface of the insulation board and the outer flanges of the studs.

    摘要: A storage tank that stores sulphur with zero emissions uses reinforced EPS panels and an impermeable bottom. The reinforced EPS panels are reinforced with networks of horizontal and/or vertical galvanized or stainless steel wires that are interconnected by galvanized or stainless steel orthogonal wires. Both inner and outer walls of the reinforced EPS panels are plastered before sulphur is placed in the storage tank. Larger storage tanks may be assembled by vertically interconnecting one or more reinforced EPS panels. This interconnection is achieved by corrugating the reinforced EPS panels, or forming their edges in a Greek-key shape. The Greek-key shape prevents sulphur from escaping the storage tank.

    摘要: A knockdown structure and assembly method are provided so as to prevent cracking of the sealant, reinforce the junction between sections, and improve the livability of the structure. A structure's body is assembled by using a mortar-powder mixed adhesive to join together a plurality of sections that are made of foam polystyrene and that constitute the parts of a structure having a predetermined shape. The adhesive is applied to cover at least the places where the sections are joined together with a woven inorganic-fiber mesh sheet. A sealant is applied, made by dispersing inorganic fiber and mortar powder in a plastic-type paint, onto the exterior and interior faces of the structure in a predetermined thickness. Onto the sealant of the exterior of the structure is applied, on the exterior of the structure, a paint that is water repellant and can screen out ultraviolet light, and applying, over the sealant of the interior of the structure, a clayey paint made of natural substances.
