Abstract: The disclosure relates to a method at a control device (100) for controlling an overhead door operator system, the overhead door operator system (1) being configured for opening and closing an opening (2), and comprising a door frame (3) comprising a first frame section (4) at a first side (7) of the opening (2) and a second frame section (6) at a second side (5) of the opening (2). The operator system further comprises a door (8) arranged to be moved between an open and closed (C) position, the door (8) being movably connected to the door frame (3) and a drive unit (10) mounted on the door (8), the drive unit (10) comprising at least one motor (11) arranged to move the door (8) from the closed position (C) to the open position (O). An elongated transmission member (19) extends along the first side (7) of the opening (2) and the first frame section (4). The drive unit (10) further comprises a driven transmission member (18) in driving connection with the motor (11). The method comprises the steps of: detecting door movement; determining if detected door movement relates to unexpected door movement; and, if so, taking action so as to prevent more extensive damages. The disclosure further relates to an overhead door operator system for opening and closing an opening.

Abstract: The invention relates to a drive arrangement for the motorized adjustment of an adjustment element of a vehicle, wherein at least one drive comprising an electric drive motor and a drive control means and is connected to a supply, wherein the drive is designed in a non-self-locking manner, the drive motor operates as a generator and generates a generator voltage, wherein the drive control means has a driver unit for supplying electrical power to the at least one drive. The invention proposes that the drive control means has a switching device and has a detection device for detecting a non-motorized adjustment of the adjustment element, and that the drive control means, when a predetermined, non-motorized adjustment of the adjustment element is detected, connects the supply voltage to the supply connections of the driver unit by means of the switching device in one switching operation.

Abstract: Provided is a heating cooker which allows a door on a cooking chamber to be opened without direct handling of the door by a user. The heating cooker includes a body having a cooking chamber defined therein, a door hingably mounted to the body to open and close the cooking chamber, a door holder positioned in the body to hold the door and keep the cooking chamber closed by the door, and a hinge part connected between the door and the body to guide rotation of the door such that when the door is released from the door holder, the door is automatically opened.

Abstract: A method for driving an electromechanical sliding door in a transportation vehicle, wherein the sliding door has an adjusting mechanism with a rolling carriage guided in a guide rail and a first electric drive motor. A fixing mechanism with a second electric drive motor and also a locking mechanism is also provided, which locking mechanism allows the rolling carriage to be arrested in any desired position. Here, the locking mechanism is driven by the second electric drive motor. The method may include driving the second electric drive motor with an input voltage which lies below a threshold voltage for tripping the locking mechanism, continuously increasing the input voltage for the second electric drive motor, and locking the locking mechanism when the input voltage for the second electric drive motor exceeds the threshold voltage for tripping the locking mechanism.

Abstract: A system for the fixing and/or emergency opening of a leaf of a door, a window or the like comprises a drive having at least one mechanical energy storage device, which is charged by an opening movement of the leaf and is discharged by a closing movement of the leaf, at least one electric motor, the motor shaft of which is operatively connected to the leaf, and open-loop and/or closed-loop control electronics for actuating the electric motor.
