    摘要: A wastewater treatment system is provided having a reactor, first and second bio media and an aeration system. The first bio medium is located proximate an inlet end of the reactor and extends vertically between a top water level and the reactor's floor. The second bio medium is located proximate an outlet end of the reactor and extends vertically between a bottom water level and the reactor's floor. The media are adapted for retaining solids within the reactor as clarified water is withdrawn after treatment. The first bio media is further adapted to act as a baffle thereby causing wastewater to flow generally uniformly into a primary reactor zone. The aeration system includes a plurality of diffusers, some of which may be located adjacent or underneath the bio media and are adapted for promoting the shaking the bio media when activated in order dislodge excessive biomass therefrom.

    摘要: A reactor for sewage treatment includes: an inner layer including a water distribution zone; a middle layer including a biological aerated filter, the biological aerated filter including a wall and a bottom including a water outlet; and an outer layer including an artificial wetland, the artificial wetland including a bottom including a water inlet. The water distribution zone, the biological aerated filter, and the artificial wetland are in the shape of a circle. The sewage is introduced into the water distribution zone via a water inlet pipe. The water distribution zone communicates with the biological aerated filter via a first overflow. The water outlet arranged on the bottom of the biological aerated filter is connected to the water inlet arranged on the bottom of the artificial wetland to allow the biological aerated filter to communicate with the artificial wetland.

    摘要: The present invention provides an aeration lateral system designed to be site specific for new septic disposal areas or retro fitting to existing septic disposal areas to break up the biological clogging sludge mat at the interface of the wastewater and imported sand or native soil fill under or adjacent to disposal areas of a typical septic system. The lateral system provides uniform or other site specific distribution of fluids about the bio-mat of a wastewater disposal area, with lateral spacing and hole spacing varying based on the type of disposal area being utilized. The lateral system can also be utilized to provide continuous low volume air supply system to a wastewater disposal area or peat filter module. The air lateral installation includes methods to minimize airflow disturbance of the soil and methods to prevent air leakage.

    摘要: A Water and Wastewater Treatment Aerated Mini-Dosing air-lift pump System and filter housing, that replaces the conventional dosing pump, controls and additional Tank. It is adaptable to all access ports and uniquely smaller than a 3″ inspection port and is integrally positioned in an existing or new raw water pretreatment or pump tank. It aerates the source pool thereby mitigating: H2SO4 gases, odors and source pool BOD5. The system communicates with an above ground aerator and optional controls and in it's plurality supplies dissolved and free oxygen to the pump, housing, effluent and the source pool, with surge protection and scum mitigation. Mini-metering and, low pressure, extended cycle durations increase the average microbial production balance and microbial Ratio to nutrients BOD. The raw sewage tank no longer requires gas removal prior to inspection due to oxic and anoxic microbial processes that mitigates H2SO4 gases.
