    摘要: An elastically supported electrode substrate for detecting unbalanced mass of a resonant gyroscope includes an outer frame and an inner structure. A connection part configured to be connected to an anchor of a resonator is arranged at the center of the inner structure, and electrodes are distributed on the inner structure. The inner structure is connected inside the outer frame through elastic beams, and the inner structure has torsional and/or translational resonant modes inside the outer frame. The resonant frequency of the inner structure approaches resonant frequency of an operating mode of the resonator. Since the resonant frequency of the elastically supported electrode substrate approaches the resonant frequency of the operating mode of the resonator, the vibration displacement induced by the unbalanced mass of the elastically supported electrode substrate can be significantly magnified to improve the detection sensitivity.

A weight for each of the plurality of sensors is calculated such that a sum of the Allan variances for the specified time window length is smallest. The respective observation values of the plurality of sensors are combined using a sum of products of the observation values of the plurality of sensors and the weights calculated for each corresponding sensor of the plurality of sensors.

    摘要: According to one aspect, a method includes obtaining an assembly, the assembly including at least a first assembly sensor and a second assembly sensor of a plurality of assembly sensors, and calibrating the first assembly sensor and the second assembly sensor. The method also includes calibrating the first assembly sensor and the second assembly sensor together, wherein calibrating the first assembly sensor and second assembly sensor together includes placing the assembly in at least a first pose relative to a plurality of calibration targets. The assembly is coupled on a vehicle, and the plurality of assembly sensors are calibrated after coupling the assembly on the vehicle. Calibrating the plurality of assembly sensors after installing the assembly on the vehicle includes causing the vehicle to move relative to the plurality of calibration targets and using the plurality of assembly sensors to make measurements using the plurality of calibration targets.

The single point measurement unit is configured to generate first measurement data comprising coordinates a point. The point cloud measuring module has a fixed pose relative to the single point measurement unit, and configured to generate a second measurement data comprising coordinates of a plurality of points. The computing unit stores calibration parameters and is configured to generate a point cloud based on the second measurement data, to merge it with the first measurement data and to detect surfaces and object edges in it. The survey instrument is configured to execute a calibration using object edges in the setting. The single point measurement unit acquires a set of single measuring points including at least two on each flat surfaces of the object edges.
