Abstract: A window vent system and method automatically vents air pressure from a vehicle cabin as the vehicle door is closing. A drive mechanism is mounted to a vehicle window. A sensor senses open and closed positions of the door latch. When the latch is open, a signal is sent from the sensor to a controller to open the window. When the latch is closed, a signal is sent to the controller to close the window. Software prevents closing of the window in the event of a pinch event. The software also stops the drive mechanism if there is an obstruction to opening or closing of the window. Manual override is also provided to selectively open and close the window.

Abstract: A method for driving an electromechanical sliding door in a transportation vehicle, wherein the sliding door has an adjusting mechanism with a rolling carriage guided in a guide rail and a first electric drive motor. A fixing mechanism with a second electric drive motor and also a locking mechanism is also provided, which locking mechanism allows the rolling carriage to be arrested in any desired position. Here, the locking mechanism is driven by the second electric drive motor. The method may include driving the second electric drive motor with an input voltage which lies below a threshold voltage for tripping the locking mechanism, continuously increasing the input voltage for the second electric drive motor, and locking the locking mechanism when the input voltage for the second electric drive motor exceeds the threshold voltage for tripping the locking mechanism.

Abstract: An apparatus comprises a base plate configured to be coupled to a door, the door configured to be positioned in an open position and a closed position; a closing mechanism coupled to the base plate and configured to be coupled to a hinge of the door and having an unprimed state and a primed state, the closing mechanism configured to be transitioned between the unprimed state and the primed state by a user; wherein in the unprimed state the closing mechanism is decoupled from operation of the door; and in the primed state the closing mechanism is configured to move the door into the closed position responsive to receipt of a signal, and the closing mechanism is configured to allow movement of the door between the open position and the closed position in absence of the signal.

A door opener includes a casing, a gear box, a sliding nut movable relative to the gear box, and a finger extending through the gear box. The finger is movable with the sliding nut. The door opener also includes a sensor. The finger extends outside of the casing to contact an inner surface of the door when the door is in the closed position and the door opener is in a zero position. The sensor is configured to detect movement of the door opener from the zero position.

Abstract: An automatic opening and closing device of door includes a locking unit arranged on the door, a door driving unit configured for driving the door to open or close, a signal receiving unit configured for receiving external or internal signals of the door, and a control unit electrically communicated and connected with the signal receiving unit. The locking unit includes a lock and a power motor. The power motor and the door driving unit are electrically communicated and connected with the control unit. When the signal receiving unit senses a correct door opening signal from the inside or outside of the door, the control unit will first command the power motor to drive the lock to be unlocked and command the door driving unit to act to open the door. After a person has passed the door, the control unit will command the door driving unit to act to close the door and command the power motor to link and drive the lock to be locked. It can be noted that the person does not need to contact any part of the door or the lock, so as to prevent virus infection, which achieves an epidemic prevention effect.
