摘要： The present invention relates to a motor-pump unit for slip-controlled vehicle brake systems, including an accommodating member for hydraulically active elements comprising at least one working piston, which is arranged and guided in the accommodating member so as to be movable in a translational manner, and projects with an end into a crank space 6 for a rotationally movable driving element which is encompassed by a bearing having a bearing ring with an essentially bowl-shaped bottom, and extends over a frontal end of the driving element, and wherein the bottom is movable with an outside surface to rest against a crank space bottom.To improve friction and wear conditions, the crank space bottom includes an axial bearing element for the bottom which, starting from the accommodating member, projects in the direction of the bottom and has a contact surface with an area smaller than the area of the outside surface.

摘要： In a surface acoustic wave (SAW) filter including a substrate and an electrode formed on the substrate, the electrode includes a base layer, a first metal layer made of a metal consisting of Al or consisting mainly of Al, and having a given orientation relative to the substrate, a second layer for preventing the first metal layer from migration of Al atoms occurring in vertical to the substrate, and a third layer for adjusting a thickness of the layer. In this SAW filter having an arbitrary layer thickness, the layer hardly causes grain boundary diffusion, and grains of the layer can be made fine for effective resistance to stress. Thus, in this SAW filter, the migration of the Al atoms of the electrode that is associated with the SAW propagation-induced stress imposed on the electrode is inhibited. Accordingly, the filter exhibits excellent resistance against electric power.

摘要： A lithium secondary battery has high capacity and excellent current characteristics. The lithium battery comprises of a positive electrode, a negative electrode and an electrolyte; the negative electrode comprising Al2O3 particles not relating to the charge-and discharge reactions of the battery. The presence of the ceramics particles in the electrode leads to a decrease in the internal resistance of the battery because of the enhancement of ion conductivity in the electrode, resulting in higher capacity at high rate discharge of the lithium secondary battery.

During a charging phase, the charging switch couples the capacitor to the charging control terminal of the power switch, and during a discharging phase, the discharging switch couples the capacitor to the discharging control terminal of the power switch.
