    摘要: A mask for forming a display substrate capable of improving color reproducibility by avoiding color spots and color shifts is presented. The mask includes a first sub-mask, a second sub-mask, a first overlapping portion and a second overlapping portion. The first sub-mask includes color reticles to form color pixels in a first active region of a display substrate. The second sub-mask includes color reticles to form color pixels in a second active region of the display substrate. The first overlapping portion is on a portion of the first sub-mask that overlaps the second sub-mask. The color reticles in the first overlapping portion are arranged at a different density from the rest of the first sub-mask. The second overlapping portion is on a portion of the second sub-mask that overlaps the first sub-mask. The color reticles in the second overlapping portion are arranged at a substantially same density as the first overlapping portion. Therefore, image display quality is improved.

    摘要: An array substrate includes a switching device, a storage capacitor and a voltage-dividing capacitor. The switching device is formed in a pixel region defined by two gate lines adjacent to each other and two data lines adjacent to each other. The storage capacitor is electrically connected to the switching device. The voltage-dividing capacitor is disposed between the storage capacitor and one of the gate lines. The voltage-dividing capacitor is electrically connected to the storage capacitor. Therefore, an overlapping area with the data lines is reduced to reduce the RC delay and enhance aperture ratio. Furthermore, a possibility of occurrence of an electrical short is reduced.

    摘要: A leveling control system and method for heavy equipment, in which a lower frame having a traveling unit and an upper frame are combined together by a tilting unit. The system includes a sensor unit, provided in the equipment, for measuring twist angles of the lower frame and the upper frame against a reference horizontal surface and a traveling speed of the equipment, and detecting working state information of working devices; a control unit for receiving the twist angles, the traveling speed, and the working state information, calculating a correction angle for the leveling control of the upper frame, and generating a control signal for instructing an operation of an actuator in accordance with the correction angle; and a driving unit for performing the leveling through the actuator in accordance with the control signal received therein. The control unit is provided with an auto leveling mode module for performing the leveling against a reference horizontal surface, a re-leveling mode module for performing the leveling against the reference horizontal surface in a standstill state of the equipment for a limited time, and a track leveling mode module for performing the leveling against the lower frame.

    摘要: An array substrate includes a switching device, a storage capacitor and a voltage-dividing capacitor.
