摘要: The present invention relates to a polishing pad and method for making the same. In the invention, a liquid-state polymer material is directly formed on the surface of a base material, and then the liquid-state polymer material is solidified to form a flat grinding layer. Whereby, the polishing pad has high unity and flatness. The grinding layer has attenuated structures and a plurality of holes, thus increasing the storage ability of polishing particles distributed in a polishing liquid. In addition, the polishing pad has high compression ratio, so the polishing pad can compactly contact a polishing workpiece, and will not scratch the surface of the polishing workpiece scratched. Therefore, the polishing effect and quality will be improved.

摘要: Disclosed is to provide generally to a microfiber substrate of improved carding ability and its manufacturing method, and more particularly to a micro-fiber spun by conjugated melting of crystallization difference of high crystallization polymer and low crystallization polyester, drawn to form an unsplit microfiber staple having a layer of thin film in its surrounding, the said microfiber staple which is still kept in unsplitting state during opening , carding and lapping treatment, will be split just at the layer of thin layer of its surrounding of the said microfiber staple by spunlace to completely split from the said microfiber, knitted to form water-jet punch web, then subject to hot water to shrink to densification. The microfiber nonwoven web excellent in the wiping effect, cleaning effect and microfiber artificial leather excellent in the hand feeling and fluff compaction without environment pollution is enabled to offer the artificial leather more cheaply and easily finished.

摘要: A waterproof and moisture-permeable composite material is provided, which is composed of a waterproof and moisture-permeable membrane and a melt-blown non-woven fabric. The melting point of melt-blown non-woven fabric ranges from 80° C. to 130° C., in which the melt-blown non-woven fabric is a thermoplastic polymer which may be a thermoplastic polyether ester elastomer polymer. A method for forming a waterproof and moisture-permeable composite material includes: providing a thermoplastic polymer; performing a melt-blown process to the thermoplastic polymer by using an extruder to form a melt-blown fiber, so the melt-blown fiber on a conveyer belt with multiple meshes to form a melt-blown non-woven fabric; covering a moisture-permeable membrane on the melt-blown non-woven fabric to adhere the moisture-permeable membrane and the melt-blown non-woven fabric to form a waterproof and moisture-permeable composite material.

摘要: A thermoplastic artificial leather is provided, which includes a first structure layer, a second structure layer, a plurality of recycled particles, and a third structure layer, in which the second structure layer is disposed on the first structure layer, the plurality of recycled particles disposed on the second structure layer, and the third structure layer is disposed to cover the plurality of recycled particles. According to above stacked structure, the thermoplastic artificial leather with environment friendly is formed, and the plurality of recycled particles is processed in a physical manner, which can solve the problem, the environmental protection issue, caused by the use of solvent to process the recycled particle in the prior art. Use of the material characteristics of each structure layer to reprocess the recycled particles, so the reprocess procedure without using any solvent, so the environmental pollution and the production cost are greatly reduced.
