Abstract:
The present invention relates to a thermoplastic polyurethane fiber and a method for producing the same. A thermoplastic polyurethane material is firstly provided and subjected to a molten extruding process to form a fiber material. Next, an extension process is performed to the fiber material to obtain the thermoplastic polyurethane fiber of the present invention. The thermoplastic polyurethane fiber has a lower thermal shrinking property, thereby meeting requirements of the application.
Abstract:
A washable conductive ink is provided. The washable conductive ink includes chloroprene rubber resin and conductive particles mixed in the chloroprene rubber resin. A chemical structure of the chloroprene rubber resin includes a linear structure and a nonlinear structure.
Abstract:
A composite fiber having elastomer and method for making the same, and a substrate having the composite fiber and method for making the same are provided. The composite fiber includes a first composition and a second composition. The first composition is thermoplastic non-elastomer, and the second composition is thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). The second composition is in an amount of 5 to 70 weight % of the composite fiber. The first composition and the second composition are alternately distributed in a circumference of a cross-section of the composite fiber, and the length of the second composition is less than 50% of the total length of the circumference. The TPE can be dispersed uniformly and increase the adhesion between fibers, and the segmented fiber cross-section thereof further prevents the TPE from becoming too adhesive and affecting the processing during the fabrication of fibers and non-woven fabric substrates. Therefore, the non-woven fabric substrate or artificial leather made from the composite fiber has excellent textile feeling and physical properties.
Abstract:
The present disclosure provides an artificial leather structure, comprising a woven layer, a porous elastomer layer disposed on the woven layer and a nonwoven layer disposed on the porous elastomer layer. The porous elastomer layer is adhered to the woven layer and the nonwoven layer.

Abstract:
The present disclosure is relates to an artificial leather and a method of manufacturing the same. The manufacturing method of the artificial leather includes steps in which TPU particles are provided. The method continues with step in which the TPU particles are heated to be melted. The method continues with step in which a first TPU mesh layer is formed by meltblowing the melted TPU. The method continues with step in which a second TPU mesh layer is meltblown on the first TPU mesh layer so as to form a multi-layer TPU mesh layer structure. The method continues with step in which the multilayer TPU mesh layer structure is heat pressed to form the artificial leather.
Abstract:
The present disclosure is relates to an artificial leather. The artificial leather includes multi-layer thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) mesh layers. Fiber fineness of the TPU mesh layers ranges from 5 μm to 30 μm, and peeling strength of the TPU mesh layers is greater than 2.5 Kg/cm.
Abstract:
A thin and high strength composite laminate includes a fabric, an elastic layer and a water-based polyurethane layer. The fabric is weaved by high-tenacity filament or high-tenacity monofilament. The high-tenacity filament or high-tenacity monofilament is made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET). The fabric has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The elastic layer is laminated on the first surface of the fabric. The water-based polyurethane layer is laminated on the second surface of the fabric. In this way, a thin, anti-fouling, abrasion resistance and high physical strength composite laminate can be manufactured.
Abstract:
A high adhesion composite film includes a thermoplastic elastomer layer and a modified adhesive layer. The thermoplastic elastomer layer includes a first surface and a second surface, and the second surface is opposite to the first surface. The modified adhesive layer is disposed on the first surface of the thermoplastic elastomer layer. By this way, the adhesion strength of the composite film can be enhanced significantly. Furthermore, the present disclosure can manufacture the high adhesion composite film without the use of solvents, which meets the requirements of environmental protection.
Abstract:
A thermoplastic artificial leather includes a thermoplastic composite laminate and a textile base. The thermoplastic composite laminate includes a foamed thermoplastic elastic layer, an unfoamed thermoplastic elastic layer and a thermoplastic adhesive layer. The foamed thermoplastic elastic layer has a first surface, a second surface and a plurality of foamed structures. The second surface is opposite to the first surface. The unfoamed thermoplastic elastic layer is disposed on the first surface of the foamed thermoplastic elastic layer. The thermoplastic adhesive layer is disposed on the second surface of the foamed thermoplastic elastic layer. The textile base is laminated on the thermoplastic adhesive layer of the thermoplastic composite laminate.
