Abstract:
Provided is the following novel pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape has a moderately weak adhesion during a time period from a production process (during its production) to the time of the accomplishment of the product as a result of the completion of the production (immediately after the production). Accordingly, a peeling failure and the occurrence of a wrinkle resulting from strong adherence of a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to a roll or the like at the time of the production can be sufficiently suppressed. As a result, stable product supply can be performed. On the other hand, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape can express a sufficiently strong adhesion for an adherend after a lapse of a predetermined time from the production (e.g., at the time of its use). The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape includes at least three layers including: a base material layer (A); a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B1); and a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B2) in the stated order, in which: the base material layer (A) contains a thermoplastic resin; the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B1) contains a tackifier at a content of 12 wt % or more; and the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B2) contains a tackifier at a content of 10 wt % or less.
Abstract:
The present invention provides an apparatus for inflation extrusion molding of pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, the apparatus including: one or a plurality of extruders; a die into which one or a plurality of resin materials including at least a resin material for forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and extruded respectively from the extruders are respectively introduced and which extrudes from an ejection opening the resin materials into an inflated cylindrical shape having a predetermined diameter in accordance with an inflation method; and two stabilizers facing each other at a predetermined angle so as to upwardly approach each other, and defining a space therebetween through which the cylindrically-shaped resin materials extruded from the die are passed to be deformed into a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet in a flattened elliptical shape having a predetermined width, in which the stabilizers each have a plurality of air floating portions each of which blows air toward the resin materials; and the stabilizers rotate in one direction around the central axis of the cylindrically-shaped resin materials.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing an acrylic polymer and a tackifier obtained by acid modification of a tackifier resin inherently free of an acid component; a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape including a substrate made of a film comprising an olefin polymer or a thermoplastic resin containing a carbonyl oxygen atom in the molecular skeleton, and the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition on at least one surface of the substrate, and the like. The invention provides an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition having high adhesive strength (particularly initial adhesive strength) to an adherend having lower polarity, such as an olefin polymer heretofore been considered poorly adhesive, wherein degradation of the adhesive strength after heating and preservation has been suppressed, as well as a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape comprising the composition. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of the present invention is also useful for binding.
Abstract:
An adhesive tape inserted into a tape inserting clearance defined between a tape supplying roller and a tape guide is supplied to joining rollers while being wound around the tape supplying roller under guidance. At the tape inserting clearance, one side edge of the adhesive tape is guided to a tape positioner in slide contact, to be positioned in a tape width direction, and further, the adhesive tape T is inserted and moved while allowing the tape to be moved toward the other side edge of the adhesive tape.
Abstract:
To provide an adhesive tape joining apparatus, adhesive tape joining apparatus including: a pair of back and forth joining rollers which joins the adhesive tape to a main body that is moved and operated along the tape joining face of the workpiece by pressing the adhesive tape against the tape joining face and can be elastically transformed; a first guide roller which is engaged with the outer face of the workpiece being different from the tape joining face at a front position of the joining roller; and a pair of back and forth second guide rollers which is engaged with the workpiece at the portion of the opposite side of the tape joining face; wherein the first guide roller is mounted on the main body being fixed at a predetermined position thereof and the second guide roller is mounted on a movable bracket which is attached to the main body; and the movable bracket is biased to the side of the joining roller by an elastic body.
