Abstract:
A main body to be moved and operated along a workpiece includes a joining roller which elastically presses the supplied adhesive tape against a tape joining face of the workpiece, guide members which determine the position of the main body and maintain the posture of the main body with respect to the workpiece being engaged with the outer face of the workpiece at the opposite side of the tape joining face, a separator guide which is arranged to be opposed to a tape supply roller, and a tape guide which is arranged in the vicinity of the side where the adhesive tape is reeled out toward the separator guide. On the separator guide, a separator guide face is formed, which guides a separator st separated from the adhesive tape into a direction different from an adhesive tape joining direction.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing an acrylic polymer and a tackifier obtained by acid modification of a tackifier resin inherently free of an acid component; a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape including a substrate made of a film comprising an olefin polymer or a thermoplastic resin containing a carbonyl oxygen atom in the molecular skeleton, and the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition on at least one surface of the substrate, and the like. The invention provides an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition having high adhesive strength (particularly initial adhesive strength) to an adherend having lower polarity, such as an olefin polymer heretofore been considered poorly adhesive, wherein degradation of the adhesive strength after heating and preservation has been suppressed, as well as a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape comprising the composition. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of the present invention is also useful for binding.

A pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to an embodiment of the present invention includes, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer; and a base layer, wherein: the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer contains an amorphous propylene- (1-butene) copolymer polymerized by using a metallocene catalyst, the amorphous propylene-(1-butene) copolymer having a weight-average molecular weight (Mw) of 200,000 or more and a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 2 or less; and the base layer contains an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer.
Abstract:
Provided is the following novel pressure-sensitive adhesive tape that expresses a sufficiently strong adhesion for an adherend. The adhesion of the novel pressure-sensitive adhesive tape in its production process is controlled so as to be moderately weak. Accordingly, a peeling failure and the occurrence of a wrinkle are sufficiently suppressed, and hence stable product supply is performed. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of the present invention includes at least three layers including: a base material layer (A); a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B1); and a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B2) in the stated order, in which: the base material layer (A) contains a thermoplastic resin; each of the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B1) and the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B2) contains a tackifier; a ratio R1/R2 of a content (R1) of the tackifier in the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B1) to a content (R2) of the tackifier in the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B2) is 0.90 to 1.10; and the content of the tackifier in the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B2) is 5 wt % or more.
Abstract:
Provided are a laminated film and a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape each of which is adjusted so as to be capable of achieving compatibility between low haze property excellent in transparency and such large surface roughness that foreign matter such as a fish eye is hardly observed without fluctuations in mechanical properties of the entire laminated film or pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. Also provided is such a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape as described below capable of protecting the uneven surface of a member having unevenness on its surface. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape brings together sufficient pressure-sensitive adhesiveness for, and sufficient releasability from, the member. In addition, even upon deformation of the member protected with the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape by, for example, lamination or continuous winding, the uneven shape does not deform and a base material layer in the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is not damaged, and further, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is adjusted so as to be capable of achieving compatibility between low haze property excellent in transparency and such large surface roughness that foreign matter such as a fish eye is hardly observed without fluctuations in mechanical properties of the entire pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. Also provided is such a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape as described below. When a prism sheet having multiple triangle pole-shaped prisms fixed on its surface is used as the above-mentioned member having unevenness on its surface, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape functions as a surface protective film capable of effectively protecting a lens surface, and brings together sufficient pressure-sensitive adhesiveness for, and sufficient releasability from, the prism sheet. In addition, when the prism sheet protected with the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is brought into a state such as a laminated state or a continuously wound state, the emergence of irregularity (indentation) in the external appearance of the prism sheet to which the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is attached can be suppressed. A laminated film of the present invention is a laminated film including a base material layer, a roughness-expressing layer, and a fine unevenness-erasing layer in the stated order, in which: the base material layer contains a thermoplastic resin; the roughness-expressing layer contains at least one kind of a resin component (A) selected from polyethylenes, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers, propylene-based polymers, and olefin-based thermoplastic elastomers; the fine unevenness-erasing layer contains a thermoplastic resin (B); an arithmetic average surface roughness Ra on the surface on the side of the fine unevenness-erasing layer is 1.0 μm to 3.0 μm; and the haze value of the laminated film is 30% or less.
Abstract:
A separator guide face for guiding a separator which is peeled off an adhesive tape at a region where the tape is wound of a tape supply roller in a direction different from a tape joining and moving direction is formed on a separator guide arranged to be opposed to a tape supply roller, and the separator guide can be changed between a posture for a separator guiding operation posture opposed to the tape supply roller and a release posture which is largely separated from the tape supply roller 12.
Abstract:
An adhesive tape inserted into a tape inserting clearance defined between a tape supplying roller and a tape guide is supplied to joining rollers while being wound around the tape supplying roller under guidance. At the tape inserting clearance, one side edge of the adhesive tape is guided to a tape positioner in slide contact, to be positioned in a tape width direction, and further, the adhesive tape T is inserted and moved while allowing the tape to be moved toward the other side edge of the adhesive tape.
