Abstract: A braking device is used in a motor of an actuator having a shaft. The braking device includes a base, an elastic unit, a braking mechanism and a stopper. The base includes an axial connected section and a placed section. The elastic unit is disposed at the placed section. The braking mechanism is assembled at the axial connected section. The braking mechanism includes a braking ring sleeved on the shaft and a coil spring tightened to the outer peripheral edge of the braking ring. A first torque arm and a second torque arm extend from the two ends of the coil spring. The first torque arm abuts one end of the elastic unit. The stopper corresponds to the rotational path of the second torque arm and is disposed at the base. Thereby, the assembly is easier and the braking ring has a more stable effect of braking.

Abstract: A motor, which has a braking function and is used in a linear actuator includes a main body, a rotation shaft, a braking means and a stopping means. The rotation shaft penetrates the center of the main body. The braking means includes a braking ring and a helical ring. The braking ring includes a plurality of curved plates. The helical ring surrounds outer edges of the curved plates. Each curved plate is put on the outer periphery of the rotation shaft. The stopping means is disposed between the main body and the braking means for restricting the rotation of any of the curved plates. By this arrangement, a better braking and decelerating function can be achieved.

Abstract: A high-load linear actuator includes a driving mechanism, a worm shaft, a worm wheel assembly, a lead screw, a telescopic pipe and an outer pipe. The driving mechanism includes a base and a motor. The base has a supporting portion and an accommodating portion. The motor is fixed to the supporting portion. The worm shaft extends from the motor into the supporting portion. The worm wheel assembly includes a worm wheel and two bearings for supporting the worm wheel in the accommodating portion. The worm wheel is engaged with the worm shaft. The lead screw is disposed through the worm wheel and driven by the motor for rotation. The telescopic pipe slips on the lead screw to be threadedly connected therewith. The outer pipe slips on the telescopic pipe. The rotation of the lead screw drives the telescopic pipe to linearly extend or retract relative to the outer pipe.

Abstract: A collapsible power-driven table stand includes a supporting body of an elongated shape, a first stand having a first driving member and a plurality of first extendable rods driven by the first driving member to move axially relative to each other and a second stand having a second driving member and a plurality of second extendable rods driven by the second driving member to move axially relative to each other. The first diving member is pivotally attached to one end of the supporting body and the second diving member is also pivotally attached to another end of the supporting body in order to allow both the first and second stands to extend/collapse relative to the supporting body.
