摘要： A system for managing liquid supply suitable for a process equipment with a liquid tank is disclosed. The system includes a host, a data-reading tool, a system controller and a tank-locking device. The host stores a built-in liquid database. The data-reading tool used for reading data related to the liquid tank is electrically connected to the host. The host receives the data related to the liquid tank from the data-reading tool, and the received data mapped with the liquid database. The system controller drives the tank-locking device according to the signal from the host to whether or not allow replacement of the liquid tank.

A method for preparing the chemical mechanical polishing slurry and a chemical mechanical polishing method using the chemical mechanical polishing slurry are also disclosed.

摘要： An electronic apparatus with a power indication function is connected to an adapter. The electronic apparatus includes a host, a power jack, a rechargeable battery, a power indication element and a controller. The power jack is disposed on the host for connecting with the adapter. The rechargeable battery is disposed in the host and is electrically connected to the power jack. The power indication element has a switch disposed adjacent to the power jack and a power indicator disposed in the host. The controller is electrically connected to the rechargeable battery, the switch and the power indicator. When the switch turns on, the controller detects the remained power in the rechargeable battery and the remained power is indicated by the power indicator.

摘要： An option setting device and method is provided for use on a computer mother-board for providing various user-defined settings to the motherboard. The motherboard includes a CPU, a chip set coupled to the CPU, a clock generator coupled to the chip set, a delay circuit coupled to the chip set, a first latching circuit coupled to the chip set, and a reset circuit coupled to the delay circuit. After the motherboard is power on, the CPU transfers a first setting via the chip set to the first latching circuit so as to allow the first setting to be latched in the first latching circuit, and meanwhile triggers the delay circuit to start counting time. The delay circuit outputs a trigger signal to the reset circuit after a preset time, causing the reset circuit to restart the motherboard. After the motherboard is restarted, the chip set fetches the first setting from the first latching circuit so as to be set accordingly. In the case of the motherboard further having a voltage regulator, the option setting device and method further utilizes a second latching circuit for latching a second setting from the CPU and then transferring the latched setting to the voltage regulator to cause the voltage regulator to output a voltage accordingly.

摘要： A dual-frequency bistable liquid crystal display and the liquid crystal mixture thereof includes liquid crystal cell filled with a liquid crystal mixture which contains dual-frequency liquid crystal, chiral compound, and nematic liquid crystal mixture. The liquid crystal mixture has the characteristics of both the dual-frequency liquid crystal and cholesteric liquid crystal. The dual-frequency bistable liquid crystal display is driven in a frequency modulation mode and can be switched between two optical states by taking advantage of the dielectric anisotropy of the liquid crystal, which results in a short switching time and sharp contrast between two optical states. Furthermore, the maintaining of the two optical states requires no voltage, which does not require the use of a high voltage to destabilize the helical structure of the cholesteric liquid crystal, and does not have to go through a metastable stage. Hence, power consumption and switching time are reduced.

First, L matrices are calculated according to the L pre-coding matrices, and the L matrices are inversed mean square error matrices of the L pre-encoding matrices. Then, diagonal cofactors or determinants of at least S matrices of the L matrices are calculated, and a pre-coding matrix used by the receiver is found according to the maximum cofactors of the diagonal of the at least S matrices or ratios between the maximum cofactors of the diagonals and the determinants of the at least S matrices.
