    摘要： Various methods and apparatus are described for a speech recognition system. In an embodiment, the statistical language model (SLM) provides probability estimates of how linguistically likely a sequence of linguistic items are to occur in that sequence based on an amount of times the sequence of linguistic items occurs in text and phrases in general use. The speech recognition decoder module requests a correction module for one or more corrected probability estimates P′(z|xy) of how likely a linguistic item z follows a given sequence of linguistic items x followed by y, where (x, y, and z) are three variable linguistic items supplied from the decoder module. The correction module is trained to linguistics of a specific domain, and is located in between the decoder module and the SLM in order to adapt the probability estimates supplied by the SLM to the specific domain when those probability estimates from the SLM significantly disagree with the linguistic probabilities in that domain.

    摘要： The present invention relates to a security device (1) for securing a handle (7) to a clasp (8) so as to prevent operation of said handle (2), the security device comprising a first housing having a bolt (4) extending therefrom and a second housing (3) comprising retaining means (5) for receiving and retaining a distal end of the bolt to secure the first and second housings together; in a first state the first and second housings being separate from each other and separate from said handle to which the security device is to be secured; the first and second housings being assemblable into a second state in which the first and second housings are secured together by means of engagement of the bolt with the retaining means, wherein, in use, in the second state the security device may enclose at least a portion of said handle within an interior of the security device and wherein the bolt may pass through an aperture in the handle and an aperture in the clasp; wherein, in use, in the second state the second housing shrouds the retaining means and wherein, in use, in the second state the first and second housings shroud the clasp.

    摘要： The invention provides a method for identifying elements associated with a target molecule comprising the steps of: (a) providing a probe capable of binding by specific molecular interaction to a predetermined specifically defined region of a target molecule, the probe associated with or capable of recruiting an enzyme; (b) adding a tag capable of being activated by the enzyme such that it can attach to elements in the vicinity of the enzyme; and (c) isolating elements having the tag attached thereto, wherein the defined region occurs once, twice, or in a low number of copies in the target molecule. Preferably the tag can attach only to elements in the vicinity of the enzyme.
