摘要： Provided is a rechargeable battery including an electrode assembly comprising an electrode assembly body and an electrode tab protruding from the electrode assembly body, and a connecting member comprising a guiding plate and a first connecting plate connected to the guiding plate. The guiding plate extends in a width direction and the first connecting plate extends away from a plate surface of the guiding plate along the width direction or extends toward the plate surface of the guiding plate along the width direction. The electrode tab has a stacked multi-layer structure, the electrode tab protrudes from a portion of an end surface of the electrode assembly body in a longitudinal direction at a side of a split of the electrode assembly body perpendicular to the width direction, and the electrode tab is bent with respect to a longitudinal direction and is connected to the first connecting plate.

摘要： The present disclosure provides a secondary battery top cover assembly, a secondary battery and a vehicle. The top cover assembly includes: a top cover plate; an electrode terminal; and a short-circuit component including a deformable plate and a conductive plate disposed above the deformable plate. The deformable plate is connected to the top cover plate, and the conductive plate is connected to the electrode terminal. The conductive plate includes a body portion and a protrusion portion protruding upwardly from the body portion, the conductive plate is provided with a gas hole, and the gas hole cuts through the protrusion portion and the body portion, an inner wall of the gas hole includes an arc-shaped smooth transition portion.

摘要： An end cap assembly includes an end cap configured to close a housing of a battery cell, an adapting member configured to electrically connect an electrode assembly of the battery cell to an electrode terminal of the battery cell, and a supporting member between the adapting member and the end cap. An explosion-proof mechanism provided at the end cap is configured to be actuated to release an internal pressure of the battery cell when thermal runaway occurs in the battery cell. The supporting member is made of a high-temperature-resistant material. An orthographic projection of the adapting member on a first surface of the end cap at least partially overlaps an orthographic projection of the explosion-proof mechanism on the first surface of the end cap and an orthographic projection of the supporting member on the first surface. The first surface is a surface of the end cap facing the housing.

A part of the electrode assembly corresponding to the coated areas of the first electrode plate and the second electrode plate is the body portion. The uncoated area of the first electrode plate or the second electrode plate forms the tab.

摘要： This application provides embodiments including a connection member and a rechargeable battery. The connection member includes a guide plate and a first connecting plate integrally formed on the guide plate, where the first connecting plate is disposed in a bendable manner relative to the guide plate, and at least one indentation is present between the first connecting plate and the guide plate. In the embodiments, a bending position is more accurate when the first connecting plate is bent relative to the guide plate. This is conducive to an accurate size of the connection member being bent, and is also helpful for the rechargeable battery to successfully assemble a battery core, the connection member, and a housing.

In the locked state, the locking-fixing member presses against the sealing assembly to restrict the end cover to be separated from the sealing assembly; in the unlocked state, the end cover and the sealing assembly are separable to allow electrolyte to be injected from the through hole.
