    Abstract: A pressure relief device, a battery cell, a battery and an electrical device are provided. The pressure relief device has a pressure relief body and a pressure relief structure. The pressure relief structure has a first score groove, a second score groove and a third score groove provided on the pressure relief body. The first score groove and the third score groove are arranged at an interval, the first score groove and the third score groove both intersect with the second score groove, and the first score groove, the second score groove and the third score groove jointly define a pressure relief portion. The pressure relief portion is configured to split with the first score groove, the second score groove and the third score groove as boundaries when the pressure or temperature inside the battery cell reaches a threshold.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a pressure relief mechanism, a battery cell and a battery. The pressure relief mechanism includes: a connecting mechanism including an aperture and a first boss, the first boss being connected to an inner wall of the aperture and extending toward an axis of the aperture; a pressure relief sheet for being actuated to release an internal pressure of the battery box when the internal pressure reaches a threshold and being arranged on a side of the first boss; a first protective sheet used to protect the pressure relief sheet and arranged on the other side of the first boss away from the pressure relief sheet; a compression ring arranged on a side of the first protective sheet away from the first boss; and a pressing structure connected to the connecting mechanism and being capable of being pressed toward the axis of the aperture.

    Abstract: Provided are a battery module, a secondary battery and a cap plate assembly. The battery module includes a plurality of secondary batteries arranged in sequence. The secondary battery includes an electrode assembly, a case and a cap plate assembly. The electrode assembly is received in the case and the cap plate assembly is connected to the case. The cap plate assembly includes a cap plate, an explosion-proof sheet and a fixing piece. The cap plate is disposed with a through hole, the explosion-proof sheet is disposed at the cap plate and seals the through hole, and the explosion-proof sheet has a weak region. The fixing piece connects the cap plate and the explosion-proof sheet. The fixing piece has a lower melting point than the cap plate and the explosion-proof sheet.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a battery unit and a battery module, the battery unit includes an electrode assembly, including a main body portion and a tab; two electrode terminals; and two current collecting members respectively connecting the tabs on both sides of the main body portion with the respective electrode terminals; the current collecting member includes a guiding plate and a supporting plate, the guiding plate is located on one side of the main body portion along the length direction, a reinforcement portion is arranged on the guiding plate and is configured to reduce the deformation of the guiding plate towards the main body portion; and the supporting plate is connected to an end of the guiding plate along the width direction, the tab is bent relative to the length direction and connected to the supporting plate. The battery unit can reduce the bending deformation of the guiding plate.

    Abstract: A power battery cap structure and a power battery are provided. The power battery cap structure includes a first terminal, a second terminal and a cap assembly; the second terminal is electrically insulated from the cap assembly. The power battery cap structure further includes a resistance which electrically connects the first terminal with the cap assembly.
