    Abstract: A wireless communication method includes receiving, by a first user plane function (UPF) entity, a first message sent by a session management function (SMF) entity, where the first message includes a multicast address of a group and session information of at least one second terminal, and duplicating, by the first UPF entity, received first service data to obtain N copies of first service data, and sending the duplicated first service data to each second terminal based on the multicast address and the session information of the at least one second terminal, where the first service data is data that is from a first terminal and whose destination address is the multicast address, and N is a total quantity of the at least one second terminal.

    Abstract: A reference signal transmission method is provided to reduce power consumption. The method may be applied to time-frequency tracking. The method includes a network device sends configuration information of a reference signal RS to a terminal device, where the configuration information is used to indicate at least one periodic target sending time period of the RS; and the network device sends the RS in a first target sending time period based on a first periodicity, where the first target sending time period belongs to the at least one periodic target sending time period. In this case, the RS is sent only in a part of the target sending time period, that is, the RS is not an always-on signal, and wake-up duration of UE is short. This helps UE reduce power consumption.

    Abstract: A method for establishing a tunnel between local gateways, and a gateway are disclosed. The method includes: determining, by an RGW, that UE is handed over from an S-LGW to a T-LGW, where before the UE is handed over, a packet of a local service of the UE is forwarded by the S-LGW between the UE and an application server of the local service, and the local service includes a same service that is deployed on the S-LGW and that is accessed by the UE before and after the UE is handed over; sending, by the RGW to the S-LGW and the T-LGW respectively, a first request message and a second request message to request to establish a tunnel, where the tunnel is used to transmit the packet of the local service between the S-LGW and the T-LGW; and establishing the tunnel between the S-LGW and the T-LGW.

    Abstract: A communication method comprises that an application function network element first obtains transport information for a data stream, where the transport information includes information about an ingress port for the data stream and information about an egress port for the data stream. The application function network element then determines, based on the transport information, that the data stream is a data stream between terminal devices. The data stream is carried in two sessions. One session is a first session corresponding to the information about the ingress port, and the other session is a second session corresponding to the information about the egress port. The application function network element then can trigger a core network device to initiate policy and charging control (PCC) rule configuration processes for the first session and the second session, so that the data stream can be created.

    Abstract: A time-sensitive networking communication method and an apparatus, where the method may include: receiving, by a policy control network element, forwarding policy information of time sensitive networking (TSN) traffic; triggering the policy control network element to manage a quality of service (QoS) flow corresponding to the TSN traffic; determining a user terminal corresponding to the TSN traffic; determining, in a QoS flow corresponding to the user terminal, the QoS flow corresponding to the TSN traffic; creating or updating, according to the forwarding policy information, a QoS policy of the QoS flow corresponding to the TSN traffic; and sending the QoS policy to a session management network element, where the forwarding policy information includes traffic information of the TSN traffic and an identifier of a port that transmits the TSN traffic.
