    摘要: A radar apparatus includes: a modulation signal generating circuit that generates a modulation signal; a carrier wave generating circuit that generates a carrier wave; a modulation circuit that outputs a high frequency signal generated by modulating the carrier wave using the modulation signal that has been inputted; a modulation signal extracting circuit that extracts the modulation signal from the high frequency signal that has been inputted; and a detection signal generating circuit that generates a detection signal, which can be used to measure a distance to a measured object, based on the modulation signal extracted by the modulation signal extracting circuit from a component, out of the high frequency signal that has been transmitted via a transmission antenna, the component having been reflected by the measured object and received by a reception antenna. The modulation signal generating circuit includes a sine wave signal generating circuit that generates a sine wave signal and a pulse signal generating circuit that generates a modulation signal by converting the generated sine wave signal to a pulse signal using a step recovery diode.

    摘要: A display apparatus comprises transparent display elements arranged on a transparent substrate, a display panel DP whose display image can be observed from either side, a pair of liquid crystal shutter means 2as and 2bs disposed in such a manner as to sandwich the display panel DP, display control means 13 and 15 for displaying, on the display panel, a mirror image of an image to be displayed in every other frame, and liquid crystal shutter control means 14 for opening and closing the pair of liquid crystal shutter means in synchronism with the operation of the display control means such that they do not open simultaneously in each frame scan. The pair of liquid crystal shutter means are opened and closed such that the mirror image can be observed as a regular image on one side of the display panel DP. Image information displayed on the display panel can be viewed simultaneously from both the front surface and the back surface of the display panel.

    摘要: The objective of this invention is to reduce the layout area while guaranteeing data retention stability in a static type semiconductor memory cell. This SRAM cell is constituted with two MOS transistors 10 and 12 and one inverter circuit 14. The source terminal of PMOS transistor 10 is connected to bit line (BL), the drain terminal is connected to data storage node (Na), and the gate terminal is connected to word line (WL). The source tenninal of NMOS transistor 12 is connected to a supply voltage terminal that provides low-level reference potential VSS (for example, zero volts), the drain terminal is connected to data storage node (Na), and the gate terminal is connected to the output terminal o inverter circuit 14. The input terminal of inverter circuit 14 is connected to data storage node (Na).
