摘要: A chaotic character evaluating apparatus includes a processor for predicting future variation in sequential data and a processing for determining a degree of accuracy of the prediction, a processor for predicting variation of the sequential data in reverse and a processor for determining a degree of accuracy of the prediction, and a processing for comparing the degrees of accuracy with each other. If the degrees of the accuracy differ from each other, the variation of the sequential data is determined to be attributable to chaos, while when the degrees of accuracy are substantially equal to each other, the variation in the sequential data is determined to be attributable to noise. Further, a control apparatus for generating a control value from a feedback signal output from an object under control and having chaotic components eliminated is realized. Thus, it is possible to easily and accurately determine whether variation in the sequential data is attributable to chaos or noise.

摘要: This invention is intended to provide a coupled housing type connector, whose housing is split in two, an outer housing and an inner housing, so that by coupling the split housing portions together, terminals can easily be inserted and fitted in position even when the terminal locking position lies in a narrow and deep structure of the connector. Wires that are passed through the sealing rubber plug are connected with the terminals, which are installed in the terminal accommodating chambers in the inner housing. The inner housing and the rubber plug are fitted into the outer housing so that the electric contact portions of the terminals project from the terminal leadout openings formed in the partition wall of the outer housing.

摘要: A first P-type diffusion layer is formed on a semiconductor substrate. A photodiode is formed thereon. A transfer channel is formed on the semiconductor substrate. Agate insulating film is grown from a silicon oxide film on the semiconductor substrate. A transfer gate electrode is formed on the gate insulating film by patterning polysilicon. A light-shielding film of a metallic evaporation film is formed on the transfer gate electrode so that light cannot enter the transmission channel only to be a smear component. A difference in level of about 2 to 4 .mu.m is formed on the semiconductor substrate of the transfer channel due to the transfer gate electrode and the light-shielding film. An underlying smooth layer is formed to smooth the surface difference in level, and a first light-shielding layer is formed on it. A transparent film is formed on it, and a third light-shielding layer is formed via a second light-shielding layer and a transparent film. Further, a transparent film having the same material and the same film thickness as the above transparent film covers the third light-shielding layer, and then is smoothed. An on-chip lens is formed on it. Thus, a negative influence of a flare light can be prevented.

摘要: An image editing method utilizing an electrophotographic process, which method includes a first charging step of charging a photosensitive medium; a step of projecting an image onto the charged photosensitive medium to form an electrostatic latent image; a first developing step of developing the electrostatic latent image into a first powder image by the use of a first toner material having the same polarity as the charged polarity; a first transferring step of transferring the powder image onto a copying paper; a second charging step of again charging the photosensitive medium to a polarity the same as that of the charge established during the first charging step; a step of radiating rays of light to the charged photosensitive medium to remove the electrostatic charge at a specificed area of the photosensitive medium; a second developing step of developing the specified area of the photosensitive medium by the use of a second toner material different in color from the first toner material to form a second powder image; and a second transferring step of transferring the second powder image onto said copying paper so as to cover the first powder image which has been transferred onto the copying paper.

摘要: A refrigerating apparatus executing the redistributing operation of refrigerant when the actual suction pressure of a compressor is lower than a suction pressure lower limit value. The suction pressure lower limit value is varied in response to the condensation temperature of refrigerant which varies in accordance with the actual temperature in the vicinity of a condenser. When the condensation temperature of refrigerant is greater than a predetermined comparison value, a first limit value is selected as the suction pressure lower limit value. Otherwise, a second limit value less than the first limit value is selected. The refrigerating apparatus may be controlled in accordance with the selected suction pressure lower limit value.
