    摘要: The present invention provides a hood impact absorbing apparatus capable of further mitigating an impact that a collision body receives from a hood than ever, wherein a push-up rod pushes up the rear end of a hood at the time of a collision of a vehicle, and when a collision body is battered against the top surface of the hood in this state, the rear end of the hood descends and the distal end of the push-up rod slidingly contacts and moves a rear-side flat portion and an arm intermediate curved portion in the rear end of the hood, and herein, a slide contact angle (θ) in the arm intermediate curved portion is larger than a slide contact angle (θ) in the rear end of the rear-side flat portion, thereby, during a process in which the rear end of the hood descends, peaks at which an absorbing amount of impact energy becomes large can be provided at least twice, and as a result, the impact can be mitigated further than ever.

    摘要: A vertical pillow type form-fill-seal packaging machine with transverse sealers incorporates a timing controller for adjusting the timing for clamping a tubularly formed film with the sealers such that articles being dropping in to be packaged will not be caught in between. A display device displays a time axis or parallel axes. along which markers indicate the times of arrival of the falling articles to be packaged and the sealers at the clamping position for the sealers. As the user moves the marker for indicating the arrival time of the sealers, the timing controller adjusts the operating mode of the sealers such that the sealers will clamp the film at the time specified by the user according to the displayed time of arrival of the articles.

    摘要: Packages are each made by clamping a tubularly formed bag-making film, dropping a batch of articles into this film while it is in this clamped condition, and shaking this batch of articles to thereby increase its volume density. This is done once or repeated any number of times. After articles of the final batch are dropped into the film, the clamped condition of the film is released and the articles are dropped further downward to the bottom of the bag being made. The tubularly formed film is thereafter sealed transversely above the articles which have been received to close the bag.

    摘要: A bag maker bends an elongated flexible bag-making film into a tubular form and transversely seals it by a transverse sealer while filling it with articles to produce packaged bags. The transverse sealer has two seal jaws at both sides of the film being pulled downwards. The seal jaws are each caused to move in a generally D-shaped trajectory with a vertically straight portion where they move along the film, sandwiching it therebetween. The seal jaws are operated so as to move faster than the film while on the top half of the straight portion of the trajectory where stripping takes place and more slowly than the film while on the bottom half of the straight portion such that the film will blouse to make it easier for articles to drop deeper inside the bag being produced. The speed of each seal jaw on the arcuate part of its trajectory is adjusted such that the period of the cyclic motion of the seal jaws need not be modified.
