摘要: Provided are a cooling device coated with carbon nanotubes and method of manufacturing the same. Carbon nanotubes are dispersively coated on a surface of the cooling device that radiates generated by a predetermined apparatus or component through thermal exchange. Thus, a carbon nanotube structure is formed so that the cooling device can improve in a thermal radiation characteristic and become small-sized. As a result, electronic devices can be downscaled and heat generated by a highly integrated electronic circuit chip can be effectively radiated, thus increasing lifetime and performance of an operating circuit.

摘要: A pipeline analog-to-digital converter (ADC) having a digital calibrating circuit is described. The pipeline ADC includes a pipeline converting circuit and a digital calibrating circuit. The pipeline converting circuit has a plurality of one-bit stages, and converts an analog input signal into a first digital signal having a plurality of bits. The digital calibrating circuit extracts calibration coefficients for the one-bit stages, and calibrates a feedback signal based on the calibration coefficients and the first digital signal to generate a second digital signal having a plurality of bits. The pipeline ADC may perform digital calibration automatically with good linearity.
