摘要: Provided is an optical component for optical communication which is capable of suitably accepting a request to reduce a size, resisting a thermal expansion coefficient difference between constituent elements, and adjusting incident and exit modes relative to an end of an optical fiber to thereby constantly attain optical characteristics which correspond to the request. The optical component includes a fiber holding member (3) holding an optical fiber (2), and a lens (4) which is located on an optical path extending from an end of the optical fiber (2) and attached to the fiber holding member (3). A flat portion (4a) formed in a rear end of the lens (4) is bonded to be fixed to a flat portion (6a) of an end of the fiber holding member (3) such that the flat portion (4a) of the lens (4) is opposed to the end of the optical fiber (2). A gap is provided between the flat portion (4a) of the lens (4) and the end (2a) of the optical fiber (2).

摘要: A radiography order information request to request a radiography order information of an information system is transmitted to the information system through a network. Radiography order information corresponding to the radiography order information request is received from the information system through the network. The received radiography order information is stored. Connection to the network is sensed. On the basis of the sensing result, the radiography order information corresponding to the radiography order information request is obtained.

摘要: [Object] A monitoring device for precisely taking out light for a monitor and having a simple structure and able to be made compact is provided. [Means for Resolution] A lens array 17 is attached to the tip face of an optical fiber array 12 holding optical fibers 14, 15 in parallel. A lens 19 is arranged in the lens array 17 so as to be opposed to the end face of each of the optical fibers 14, 15. A triangular prism 13 is arranged in front of the lens array 17. An incident-emitting face 22 of the triangular prism 13 is inclined with respect to the lens array 17. Signal light L emitted from the optical fiber 14 is converted into parallel light by the lens 19, and is incident to the triangular prism 13. After the signal light L is then totally reflected on the reflecting face 20, the signal light L is incident to a reflecting face 21. The incident angle of the signal light L incident to the reflecting face 21 is slightly smaller than a critical angle of the total reflection. The signal light L is leaked from the reflecting face 21 to the exterior by a constant ratio κ. Accordingly, the amount of the signal light L can be calculated by measuring this leak light La.

摘要: A flaky, fine powder comprising a flaky substance as the base and silica particles covering the surface of the base, aimed at reducing the glossiness of the base caused by the irregular reflection of light on its surface and improving the slipperiness. In particular, the powder comprises a flaky base substance such as natural mica and silica particles deposited on the base surface, wherein the silica particles may be optionally further immobilized by the hydrolysate of alkoxysilane or silica gel. The flaky fine powder is produced either by the adding alkoxysilane to a dispersion containing a flaky substance and silica particles and hydrolyzing it, by adding a silicic acid solution to the dispersion and gelling it, or by adding a combination of alkoxysilane and silicic acid solution. The powder can be compounded with various ingredients and is particularly useful with cosmetics.
