The short message service (SMS) system includes a service request determining unit which determines whether a SMS transmitter requests a short message transmitting service in a group unit, based on a text of the short message in which a specific group is designated as a receiver; a group extracting unit which receives the text from the service request determining unit and extracts the group designated by the transmitter; and a message transmitting unit which requests a server for acquiring information on the extracted group, receives list of terminal numbers of members of the extracted group, and collectively transmits the short message to the terminals of the members.

The weight-training machine has an independent power generating function so as to minutely adjust an exercising load without supply of external power. An operation distance between a fixing plate and a push button of a fixing device is minimized to allow one-touch manipulation. The solenoid may be operated with a lower electric energy. Thus, stacks are not shaken in rightleft or front/rear direction on the basis of the fixing plate and the insert groove when a stack selected by the fixing plate and stacks upon the stack are moved up and down at the same time.

    摘要: An apparatus for remotely determining a fault of subscriber terminals and a method thereof, and more specifically, an apparatus by which in a passive optical network (PON) system, a central office determines a remote fault of subscriber terminals, and a method thereof are provided. The apparatus for determining a remote fault of subscriber terminals includes: a frequency analysis unit recognizing a fault occurrence of a subscriber terminal from an upstream signal and analyzing the frequency spectrum of the upstream signal; and a fault determination unit selecting a specific frequency corresponding to the shape of the spectrum, determining a diagnosis signal corresponding to the specific frequency, transmitting a message requesting to upward transmit the diagnosis signal to each ONT, finding a peak frequency from the frequency spectrum of the diagnosis signal transmitted by the ONT, determining a fault of the subscriber terminal by comparing the peak frequency with the selected specific frequency.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a plasma display panel in which afterimage is improved. The plasma display panel according to the present invention includes a panel unit having an upper plate and a lower plate, a frame that supports circuitry, and a conductive material formed between the panel unit and the frame. As such, a conductive material is formed on a bottom surface of a lower plate of a panel. Thus, charges introduced into the lower plate are properly controlled to improve the waveform stability of the panel. Also, a charge characteristic is improved to implement a stable operation. Accordingly, an afterimage time can be reduced. Further, a sheet of a low hardness and light weight is used. It is thus possible to absorb shock and noise of a PDP, accomplish light weight of the PDP and reduce the materials of the sheet.

    摘要: The object of this invention is to provide a steel cord, which has ultrafine steel filaments with a diameter of 0.04-0.14 mm stranded with each other so as to reinforce a tire carcass, and a radial tire for a passenger car using the same. The steel cord includes one core filament with a diameter of 0.04-0.14 mm and 4-7 sheath filaments, each having a diameter of 0.04-0.14 mm, spirally stranded around the core filament. At this time, the steel cord has a diameter of 0.2-0.5 mm and shear strength of 25-35 kgf. Additionally, each of the sheath filaments has a smaller diameter than the core filament, and the core filament and the sheath filaments are made of the steel filaments. The radial tire includes the tire carcass provided with the steel cord and a topping sheet, and the steel cord is embedded in the topping sheet such that a rubber gauge ratio is 200-500% and a rubber clearance ratio is 60-250%. The steel cord has improved physical properties, such as shear strength and durability, to reduce a thickness of a carcass including the steel cord, leading to the reduction of a weight of the radial tire. Furthermore, controlling stability and durability of the radial tire are improved, thereby reducing costs of maintenance of the passenger car.

    摘要: A congestion control access gateway and a congestion control method for the same are provided. The congestion control access gateway interfaces between a broadband convergence network and a ubiquitous sensor network including sensors and terminals. The congestion control access gateway receives data from the ubiquitous sensor network. When a congestion situation has occurred, the congestion control access gateway detects the congestion situation based on data received in the congestion situation and broadcasts congestion notification and control messages in response to the congestion situation detection. The congestion control access gateway generates a congestion situation detection profile as a result of the congestion situation detection and performs priority queuing of the received data based on the congestion situation detection profile and service classes.
