    摘要: A magnetic actuator includes a first yoke, an armature which is provided inside the first yoke and made movable in reciprocating motion along a first direction inside the first yoke, first and second coils fitted inside the first yoke, a pair of second yokes affixed to the first yoke along a second direction, and permanent magnets affixed to the second yokes in a manner that the permanent magnets are positioned face to face with the armature. In the magnetic actuator thus constructed, fluxes generated by the first and second coils pass through first magnetic circuits whereas fluxes generated by the permanent magnets pass through second magnetic circuits differing from the first magnetic circuits.

    摘要: A fast changeover from one power system to another in the event of an irregularity in the power source system substantially reduces operating costs by minimizing a power loss in switches during conduction, dispenses with a cooling device for cooling a thyristor switch, and implements the thyristor switch in a compact and low-cost design. The power supply system for a load includes one switching apparatus for connecting a load to one power source system, and another switching apparatus for connecting the load to another power source system. Each of the switching apparatus includes a pair of thyristors connected in anti-parallel and a mechanical switch connected in parallel with the thyristor pair. The thyristor pairs and the mechanical switches are controlled so that the mechanical switches conduct a load current when the load is supplied with power from the one power source system in a steady power supply state. The thyristor switches conduct the load current during a power source changeover time within which the load is disconnected from one power source system and connected to the other power source system, and do not conduct the load current during the steady power supply state.

Each electrode assembly includes a coil electrode having a plurality of arms extending outwardly from a center ring shaped holding part and a plurality of arc-shaped coil parts formed substantially along the same circumference of the coil electrode and connected to respective ones of the arms, a main electrode including an arc-shaped arm electrically connected to each arc-shaped coil part of the coil electrode, the coil parts being in contact with corresponding ones of the arc-shaped arms along entire surfaces thereof, and a first arm connected to each of the arc-shaped arms of the main electrode and extended substantially toward a center of the main electrode in the radial direction. The first arms of one of electrode assemblies are arranged in substantially the same direction as the direction of first arms in the other electrode assembly arranged in opposed relationship to the electrode assembly.
