摘要: The inventors have isolated lysophospholipases from Aspergillus (A. niger and A. oryzae) having molecular masses of about 68 kDa and amino acid sequences of 600-604 amino acid residues. The novel lysophospholipases have only a limited homology to known amino acid sequences. The inventors also isolated genes encoding the novel enzymes and cloned them into E. coli strains.

摘要: Novel mannanases comprising e.g. an amino acid sequence as shown in positions 31-330 of SEQ ID NO:2 or their homologues may be derived from e.g. Bacillus sp. I633, or may be encoded by polynucleotide molecules comprising a nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 from nucleotide 91 to nucleotide 990, polynucleotide molecules that encode a polypeptide that is at least 65% identical to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2 from amino acid residue 31 to amino acid residue 330, or degenerate nucleotide sequences thereof. The mannanases are alkaline and are useful e.g. in cleaning compositions, in a fracturing fluid useful to fracture a subterranean formation, for modifying plant material, and for treatment of cellulosic fibers.

摘要: The present invention relates to an enzyme with .beta.-(1-6)-endoglucanase activity encoded by a DNA sequence, which DNA sequence a) comprises the DNA sequence shown in SEQ ID No. 3, or b) comprises an analogue of the DNA sequence shown in SEQ ID No. 3, which i) is homologous with the DNA sequences shown in or SEQ ID No. 3, and/or ii) hybridizes with the same oligonucleotide probe as the DNA sequence shown in SEQ ID No. 3, and/or iii) encodes a polypeptide which is homologous with the polypeptide encoded by a DNA sequence comprising the DNA sequence shown in SEQ ID No. 3, and/or iv) encodes a polypeptide which is immunologically reactive with an antibody raised against a purified .beta.-(1-6)-glucanase shown in SEQ ID No. 4 derived from Trichoderma harzianum, CBS 243.71.
