    摘要： A pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of hyperammonemia which comprises a valiolamine compound of the formula ##STR1## wherein A means an acyclic hydrocarbon group of 1 to 10 carbon atoms which may optionally be substituted by hydroxy, phenoxy, thienyl, furyl, pyridyl, chclohexyl or optionally substituted phenyl; a 5- or 6-membered cyclic hydrocarbon group which may optionally be substituted by hydroxy, hydroxymethyl, methyl or amino; or a saccharide residue or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, the use of said valiolamine compound of the formula [I]0 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the preparation of a medicine for the treatment of hyperammonemia, and a method for the treatment of hyperammonemia which comprises administrating a valiolamine compound of the formula [I] or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

    摘要： A pressure state indicator indicates whether or not positive pressure fluid or negative pressure fluid is supplied to a fluid path. A fluid guide member 17 is constituted of a joint main body 11 in which a fluid path 12 is formed and a partition member 16 provided outside the joint main body 11, and an accommodation space 19 is formed by the partition member 16 and the joint main body 11. A pressure chamber 22a communicating with the fluid path 12 through a communicating hole 23 is formed in the accommodation space 19 by a sliding sealing member 21 provided in the accommodation space 19. The sliding sleeve 24 is located at a non-supply position by a spring member 25 when no pressure is supplied to the fluid path 12, and the sliding sleeve 24 is moved to a supply position when pressure is supplied thereto. A pressure state in the fluid path 12 is externally confirmed by observing positions of the sliding sealing member 21 and the sliding sleeve 24 from outside.

    摘要： A hoisting device can be small-sized and energy can be saved. A hoisting device 10 according to the present invention has a hoist 30 and a control unit 32. The hoist 30 rotates a drum 12 having a wire 14 wound thereon by an oil pressure motor 42 rotatable in normal and reverse directions. To the oil pressure motor 42, operating oil is supplied from an oil pressure pump 44. The oil pressure pump 44 is a two-way discharge fixed capacity type, and rotated by a servomotor 46. An acceleration/displacement transducer 34 in the control unit 32 finds a moving direction and a moving speed of a wire hanging point in the vertical direction from an output signal of an acceleration sensor 24. The control unit 32 outputs a drive control signal of the servomotor 46 according to a paying-out speed or a rolling-up speed of the wire 14 offsetting the vertical motion of the wire hanging point caused by the heaving of a hull based on a speed instruction Vi of the paying-out or rolling-up speed of the wire, a detected signal of the acceleration sensor 24 and a detected signal of a wire speed sensor 26.
