    摘要: A heat-resisting ultrafine fibrous separator of the present invention is prepared by an electrospinning process, formed of ultrafine fibers of heat-resisting polymer resin having a melting point more than 1800 C or not having the melting point, or ultrafine fibers of polymer resin capable of swelling in an electrolyte, together with the ultrafine fibers of heat-resisting polymer resin. Also, polyolefine fine particles providing a shutdown function are dispersed in the heat-resisting resin or the polymer resin capable of swelling in the electrolyte. The heat-resisting ultrafine fibrous separator of the present invention has the shutdown function, low thermal contraction, thermal endurance, excellent ionic conductivity and excellent adhesive property with an electrode, so a battery having excellent cycling characteristics, and having high-energy density and high capacity can be prepared.

    摘要: Provided is a power amplifier including: a depletion mode high electron mobility transistor (D-mode HEMT) configured to amplify a signal inputted to a gate terminal and output the amplified signal through a drain terminal; an input matching circuit configured to serially ground the gate terminal; and a DC bias circuit connected between the drain terminal and a ground. Through the foregoing configuration, the HEMT may be biased only by a single DC bias circuit without any biasing means to provide a negative voltage. Also, superior matching characteristic may be provided in various operation frequency bands through a shunt inductor and a choke inductor.

    摘要: An array substrate for a liquid crystal display device comprises a substrate having a pixel region, a gate line on the substrate, and a data line crossing the gate line to define the pixel region. A thin film transistor (TFT) includes a gate electrode connected to the gate line, an insulating layer on the gate electrode, an active layer on the insulating layer, an ohmic contact layer on the active layer, a source electrode connected to the data line and a drain electrode spaced apart from the source electrode. A pixel electrode connects to the drain electrode and is disposed in the pixel region. An opaque metal pattern is provided on end portions of the pixel electrode.

The inner space forms positive pressure circumstance by using the gas having smaller kinetic viscosity than the air.
