摘要: A gas blowing plug and a manufacturing method therefor wherein the gas blowing plug includes a slit-shaped gas passage (22) ranging from the bottom to the top of the plug. The gas passage (22) is continuous or discontinuous in a horizontal cross section of the plug. The slit-shaped gas passage (22) is also continuous from the bottom to the top of the plug and slit-shaped gas passage (26) is discontinuous in a vertical cross section of the plug. In one example, the cross-sectional shape of the slit-shaped gas passage (22) is a pointed star.

摘要: The present invention provides a track frame connecting structure of a heavy work vehicle that can minimize the amount of up and down movement of the ends of an equalizer bar, so as to make track frames have a sufficiently wide range of straight-line motion for a heavy work vehicle like a tractor. In the track frame connecting structure of a working vehicle in which an equalizer bar which is pivotally mounted on a body is connected to connecting links, the connecting links and the track frames are connected with each other, the connecting links and limiting links are connected with each other, and the links and the body are connected with each other. In addition, the ratio of the distance between an axis S1 of the connecting link 110 and an axis L of the limiting links 120 to the distance between an axis P1 of the equalizer bar 3a and an axis K of the center pin 2 is set substantially equal to the ratio of the distance between an axis Q1 of the connecting link 110 and the axis P1 of the equalizer bar 3a to the distance between the axis of the connecting link Q1 and the axis S1 of the connecting link. The axes Q1, P1, S1 are arranged on a straight line, and the straight line which connects the axes Q1, P1, S1 is set substantially parallel to a body vertical center XX of the body.

摘要: The invention is directed to an arrangement for monitoring a road condition which determines the coefficient of friction of the road surface on the basis of a signal corresponding to an acceleration of a vehicle detected by an acceleration sensor. The signal is converted into one of at least two predetermined values by conversion means in response to a magnitude of the acceleration every cycle of a predetermined time period. The converted value is summed up by summing means by a predetermined number of consecutive cycles to provide a total value in the last cycle thereof which is stored in memory means. Then, in determination means, one of at least two standard values is selected in response to the condition of increase or decrease of the total value in the present cycle provided by the summing means as compared with the total value in the previous cycle stored in the memory means. And, the total value in the present cycle is compared with the above one of at least two standard values to produce a road condition signal corresponding to a result of comparison which represents the coefficient of friction of the road surface. The present system is applicable to an anti-skid control system for an automotive vehicle.

摘要: The anti-skid control system is provided with wheel velocity sensors only for the driving wheels and is capable of performing the anti-skid control through its accurate estimation of the vehicle speed and proper compensatory control even when sharp braking occurs immediately upon the release of the accelerator after the occurrence of acceleration slip. The anti-skid control system is capable of starting the anti-skid control with certainty even when the braking operation is not detected because of a failure in the operation of the brake switch. The system is provided with a fluid pressure generating device, a fluid pressure controlling device, a brake operation detecting device, an acceleration detecting device, a wheel velocity detecting device, a braking force controlling device, a first estimated vehicle speed setting device and a second estimated vehicle speed setting device.

摘要: An antiskid device according to this invention controls the hydraulic pressure to vehicle brakes based on the rotational speed of the wheel having the smallest coefficient of friction until a standard vehicle velocity becomes less than a predetermined velocity. Further, the antiskid device controls the hydraulic pressure to the brakes based on the speed of each wheel if the standard vehicle velocity becomes less than the predetermined velocity. Accordingly, directional stabilization of the vehicle is maintained when the vehicle runs at high speed, and at low speed, the braking range for stopping the vehicle is mainimized by utilizing the braking force more efficiently.

摘要: A bucket tooth assembly is mounted to an adapter provided to a distal end part of a bucket of construction equipment. The bucket assembly includes a bucket tooth and a latching member. The bucket tooth has a cavity for inserting the adapter and a through-hole that is provided to the side face and communicates through to the adapter when the bucket tooth has been mounted to the adapter. The through-hole has a center axis. The latching member is fitted inside the through-hole and having a rotational axis disposed along a direction of the center axis and a bottom part provided to an end on an adapter side in an axial direction. The latching member is rotated to switch between a first state in which the bottom part is held inside the through-hole and a second state in which the bottom part protrudes toward a concave portion on the adapter side.
