摘要: Methods are provided to obtain recombinant microbial cells having at least one genetic modification that increase the buoyant density of a recombinant microbial cell or the buoyant density of inclusion bodies produced within a recombinant microbial cell. Exemplified are genetic modifications that increase the buoyant density of a recombinant microbial cell expressing heterologous peptides and polypeptides. Increasing expression of the genes ysaB, glyQ, glyS or a combination thereof within the recombinant microbial cell produces cells or inclusion bodies having higher buoyant density. A similar effect was achieved by decreasing or disrupting expression of the endogenous gltA gene. Increases in buoyant density render peptide production more efficient with respect to time and costs.

摘要: An index is created for a database by selecting at least one column of a database table as a basis to create the index, generating at least one index of a tree structure according to the at least one column, where a pointer stored in a leaf node of the at least one index is null. In an example embodiment, a value to a pointer is stored in a leaf node according to an intermediate result in response to the intermediate result being generated, where the pointer stored in the leaf node points to a data page storing the intermediate result. The created index can be reused and the intermediate result can be effectively used, such that the efficiency of database operation is improved.

摘要: Embodiments of a dynamic leakage control circuit for use with graphics processor circuitry are described. The dynamic leakage control circuit selectively enables back biasing of the transistors comprising the graphics processor circuits during particular modes of operation. The back biasing levels are controlled by two separate power rails. A first power rail is coupled to an existing power supply and the second power rail is coupled to a separate adjustable voltage regulator. A separate voltage regulator may also be provided for the first power rail. A hardware-based state machine or software process is programmed to detect the occurrence of one or more modes of operation and adjust the voltage regulators for the first and second power rails to either enable or disable the back biasing state of the circuit, or alter the threshold voltage of the circuit within a specified voltage range.

摘要: The present invention discloses a method for localized scrolling table display in a webpage. The method includes: dividing a table being displayed into at least a 2×2 array of an upper left table, a lower left table, an upper right table and a lower right table; setting the lower left table and the upper right table to hide portions that are beyond display area; and setting the lower right table to hide portions that are beyond the display area and to include a vertical scrollbar and a horizontal scrollbar. The upper right table and the lower right table are controlled by the horizontal scrollbar, and the lower left table and the lower right table are controlled by the vertical scrollbar. The present invention is able to display a table in a webpage with a localized scrolling display and a partial frozen display, and allows unlimited number of data columns and rows in the webpage and still maintains good readability. This satisfies the need for displaying table of a large amount of data for data comparison, and allows the user to conveniently and freely scroll any cell of the table to the display area to be displayed.
