摘要: Provided is a solid electrolytic capacitor that is excellent in productivity, has improved volumetric efficiency aiming for capacity increase, a stable fillet shape when mounted, and has excellent ESL characteristics. Included is a capacitor stack element composed of a stack of capacitor elements. The capacitor element includes one anode part of an anode body made of linear, foil-like, or plate-like valve metal and a cathode part composed of dielectric, solid electrolyte, graphite, and silver paste layers, which are sequentially formed to another surface of the anode body separated by insulating resin. A fillet formation part with a recessed part is provided to an end surface of anode and cathode terminals of a mounting electrode side of a first direction end surface of the electrode substrate to which the capacitor stack element is mounted. Further, the anode and cathode terminals for element connection reach the end surface of the first direction.

摘要: A learning diagnostic system for a working machine is capable of making a fault diagnosis of the working machine universally relative to various types of sensor information, and preventing a failure in the working machine by enabling a fault diagnosis even in a transient operating state that represents a transitional state between operating states. A state learning device 201 sorts inputted sensor data 101a into one under a steady operating state and one under a transient operating state, and generates, through learning, steady state data 102a and intermediate state data 103a, each including a permissible error. A state diagnostic device 202 uses the steady state data 102a to determine whether an operating state of the working machine related to the inputted sensor data is the steady operating state or the transient operating state, and make a fault determination in the steady operating state. The state diagnostic device 202 also uses the intermediate state data 103a to make a fault determination in the determined transient operating state. The intermediate state data 103a also includes intermediate point information.

摘要: To support a tag information reader to read information from radio communication tags, attached to each of a plurality of structural objects in a plant and to provide the locations of unread radio communication tags, a tag information acquisition unit acquires information on radio communication tags actually read by the tag information reader. Next, an unread tag extraction unit extracts radio communication tags which are a plurality of radio communication tags stored in a tag arrangement data file but from which information cannot be acquired by the tag information acquisition unit, and an unread tag arrangement calculation unit acquires arrangement data on the extracted radio communication tags. The arrangement data on those radio communication tags is sent to a display unit for displaying the radio communication tags.

摘要: A display apparatus for an injection molding machine which permits setting items unalterable during operation of the injection molding machine to be identified on the screen. When the injection molding machine is not in operation, the setting items on the screen are shown in a normal first display appearance. During operation of the machine, unalterable setting items, among the setting items on the screen, are shown in a second display appearance to be distinguished from the first display appearance. Since setting items that are normally alterable but should not be altered during operation of the injection molding machine are displayed in the second display appearance in a distinguishable manner, such setting items can be clearly identified, thus improving operability.

摘要: Working efficiency improvement of shipping and receiving operations in a materials storage location is contemplated. An optimal location is provided so as to minimize work volume in shipping operation when receiving materials control objects in a materials storage location to improve working efficiency in the materials stockroom. As means to achieve it, a location information of the materials control objects stocked in the materials storage location and vacant area where the materials control objects to be received can be stocked are calculated by use of location information of the materials control objects in the materials storage location and materials dimensions and shape information represented by the three-dimensional CAD used in design to select and decide the area to minimize work volume when shipping. Consequently, shipping operation efficiency can be improved. Further, provision of means to obtain automatically location information of the stocked materials control objects enables to obtain location information of the stocked materials control objects at a spot away from the materials storage location, and thus makes it possible to reduce traveling time of operators to the materials storage location.
