By virtue of the IVT attribute, during runtime, the non-public resource in the first assembly is made visible to the second assembly. In addition to naming the second assembly, the IVT attribute can include a number of optional arguments, such as arguments which specify the version, culture, and public key token associated with the second assembly.

In one embodiment, this invention provides a lubricated backup board comprising a core material, a lubricant, and an outer shell material and a process for using said backup board. In another embodiment, this invention provides an entry board comprising a lubricant and an outer shell material and a process for using said entry board. In preferred embodiments the lubricant layers are substantially separate and distinct layers. In preferred embodiments, adhesive is used to secure the layers together.     摘要: A wireless communication method and apparatus for coordinating Node-Bs during handover for enhanced uplink (EU) transmission. In one embodiment, a radio network controller (RNC) initiates an inter-Node-B soft handover. A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) establishes communication connections with a plurality of Node-Bs. A particular one of the Node-Bs is designated as being a primary Node-B, and each of other Node-Bs are designated as being a non-primary Node-B. The RNC informs all of the Node-Bs that the particular Node-B is a primary Node-B. The primary Node-B schedules EU transmission and performs ACK/NACK during soft handover. In another embodiment, the RNC initiates a hard handover for a WTRU connected to a source Node-B. The RNC sends an activation timer to the source Node-B to set the time for handover. As many previously negatively acknowledged (NACKed) data packets as possible are prioritized for retransmission in the source Node-B before the activation timer expires.

    摘要: An assembly of containers is provided for efficient and controlled storage of a reagent and subsequent mixing of the reagent with a reagent diluent. The assembly includes a reagent diluent container and a sealed reagent vial. An adapter assembly includes a coupler having one end mountable to the reagent diluent container and having the opposed end defining a hollow plunger. A retainer ring has one end mountable to the coupler and the opposed end mountable to the reagent vial. The reagent vial is engageable with the coupler in a first position and is advanceable into a second position relative to the adapter assembly such that the hollow plunger thereof displaces the seal of the reagent vial permitting the reagent in the reagent vial to flow through the hollow plunger to mix with a buffer or diluent in the reagent diluent container.

    摘要: A thermochemical labyrinth reactor is disclosed. The reactor has a reoxidation zone and a reduction zone with electric heaters. A recuperation zone connects the reduction and reoxidation zones with first and second channels, the first channel adjoining the second channel, being separated by windows allowing an exchange of thermal radiation between channels while preventing gas exchange. The reactor also includes reactor plates composed of a reactive material, and a transit system running through the three zones, with the transit system configured to shuttle the plates between the reduction zone and the reoxidation zone, moving the plates along a circuit. The reactor also has a feedstock gas emitter to introduce a feedstock gas flowing opposite the movement of the plates. A gas extractor is configured to extract a product gas resulting from the feedstock gas being split by the oxidizing reactive material. All three zones are surrounded by an insulating housing.

    摘要: Wastegate assemblies and turbocharger assemblies including the wastegate assemblies are described. The wastegate assemblies include a housing enclosing both an actuator and a valve. The valve is operatively coupled to the actuator and the housing terminates with a crush seal. The housing also includes a mounting member connectable to a turbocharger to place the crush seal in sealing engagement with a wastegate opening in the turbocharger. The turbocharger assemblies include a housing enclosing a turbine and a compressor wheel that are operatively coupled together on a common shaft that defines an axis of rotation, and have a wastegate assembly removably mounted to an outlet end of the housing proximate the turbine and extending therefrom in a direction away from the turbine and the compressor wheel. Here, the wastegate assembly has a longitudinal axis that is parallel to the axis of rotation.
