    Abstract: An example electronic device includes a first antenna module, a first transmitter, a first communication processor, a second antenna module, a second transmitter, and a second communication processor. The first communication processor receives a state of the second communication processor, sets a first allocated total exposure ratio (TER) value based on a state of the first communication processor and the state of the second communication processor, sets transmission limit power of each antenna of a plurality of antennas included in the first antenna module based on the first allocated TER value, and sets transmit power of each antenna of the plurality of antennas included in the first antenna module based on the transmission limit power.

The collision preventing apparatus estimate whether objects located in a vicinity of the vehicle may collide with each other based on data collected from a sensor in the vehicle, determine a trajectory of each of the objects, verify whether the estimated trajectories intersect, determine that the objects may collide with each other in response to the estimated trajectories overlapping, inform each of the objects of a collision risk when the objects may collide with each other, and differently perform an operation of informing the objects of the collision risk based on a collision level of each of the objects.
