摘要: A unit assembling error prevention structure consists of a first unit, a second unit, a plurality of fixing means arranged at equal pitches, with which to assemble the first and second units together, two types of positioning frames, large and small, provided in an alternate manner on one of the first and second units, and a projection means provided on the other of the first and second units. The projection means is capable of advancing into the large positioning frame, but abuts against the small positioning frame. A pitch discrepancy is prevented at the time of assembling a battery connection plate or the like to a battery assembly or the like.

摘要: A wire guiding out structure of a wire protector 1 enabling that the wires are easily bent and guided out from the wire protector 1 is provided. A wire guide wall 8 is retractively formed in a wire guiding out portion 10 of a wire protector body 2 in use of flexible hinges 7. A notched opening 21 is formed inbetween wire guiding out walls 19 and 20 for being engaged with the wire guide wall at both sides of the wire guiding out portion 10. The wires are bent and guided out along the wire guide wall in a state of the wire guide wall being closed. The wire guide wall 8 further includes a hook 15 and the wire guiding out portion 10 further includes a supporting shaft 16. The wire guide wall 8 further includes latches 18 and the wire guiding out walls 19 and 20 further include engaging parts 32. The wire guiding out portion 10 further includes engaging holes 29 to be engaged with latches 28 of the cover 3. Except the wire guiding out portion 10, the wire protector 1 is insert molded within a resin material so as to form a part of a battery connecting plate.

摘要: A battery-connecting plate consists of busbars for connecting batteries together and a wire protector which holds in a predetermined layout therein terminals and their connection wires for detecting voltage of desired ones of the batteries. The busbars and the wire protector are fixed in a resin plate by insert molding, with the busbars arranged in correspondence with the batteries and with the terminals held in contact with related ones of the busbars. The busbars, the voltage detecting terminals and others are integrally incorporated in the connecting plate so that these components are less exposed to the outside. The connecting plate is thus safe and easy to mount.

摘要: A battery-connecting plate for connecting batteries in series. The batteries, each with a positive and a negative electrodes at opposite ends, are assembled in a row with the positive and negative electrodes reversed in an alternating manner. The battery-connecting plate includes a base plate of synthetic resin; connection portions each having a busbar provided on the base plate, the busbar having a predetermined number of holes for passing therethrough of a corresponding number of the electrodes for connection therewith; and a pitch adjusting means provided on the base plate at every predetermined number of the connection portions for adjusting a deviation in position between the electrodes and the holes of the busbars.

摘要: A connecting plate has: bus bars which connect a plurality of batteries; a voltage-detection terminal unit which is connected to be overlapped to the bus bars and through which a voltage of a desired one of the batteries is detected; an electric wire connected to the voltage-detection terminal unit; and a molded resin board to which these components are integrally fixed. In the voltage-detection terminal unit, a device mounting portion onto which a circuit protecting device is to be mounted is integrally formed between an overlap contact portion opposed to the bus bar, and an electric wire connecting portion. The device mounting portion is exposed to the outside through a device mounting window which is opened in the molded resin board, a circuit protecting device mounted onto the device mounting portion is housed in the device mounting window, and slits are formed around the device mounting window in the molded resin board.

摘要: The connector lock device for locking two connector housings comprises a roughly triangular protrusion member provided on a first connector housing and an E-shaped latch level member mounted on a second connector housing. The latch lever member includes a central leg portion extending from a movable transverse portion in parallel to and between the two leg portions and formed with a slot and two projected fulcrum portions and a flat depression portion. To lock the two connector housings, the protrusion member is inserted into the slot of the latch lever member. To unlock the two connector housings, the flat depression portion is depressed to pivot the central leg portion about the two fulcrums to release the protrusion member from a claw portion of the movable transverse portion.

摘要: An image processing system includes circuitry to: obtain a wide-angle image captured by an image capturing apparatus; generate a first image representing a part of the wide-angle image; and determine whether a first area includes a second area, the first area being a viewable area to be displayed on a display, the second area being represented by the first image. Based on a determination that the first area does not include the second area, the circuitry further converts the first image into a second image, the second image having definition lower than that of the first image, and converts the wide-angle image into a third image, the third image having definition lower than that of the wide-angle image, such that the second image and the third image are displayable on the display of the information processing apparatus.

The case includes a terminal fixing part in which the plurality of terminals are fixed, and an insulating cover which is supported to be displaced to a closing position at which an open face of the terminal fixing part is covered by the insulating cover. A wire guide is formed in an outer surface of the insulating cover in the closing position.

摘要: An electric junction box, having a terminal portion positioned in the connector engagement portion and arranged perpendicular to a direction along which case members attach each other, which can be assembled easily without increasing the number of components and manufacturing cost is provided. Also, a power supply device having the above-described electric junction box is provided. The electric junction box includes: a box main body having a connector engagement portion and an upper case attached to a lower case in an overlapping relationship; and a bus bar received in the box main body. The lower case includes a bottom wall portion, a positioning wall and peripheral walls. The bus bar includes the terminal portion positioned in the connector engagement portion, a positioning plate portion and a mount portion. The peripheral wall includes a cutout portion allowing the positioning plate portion to move into and out from the lower case.

摘要: A power supply unit includes: a plurality of batteries each of which has a positive electrode 8 at one end and a negative electrode at the other end; and a bus bar module connecting the batteries in series. The bus bar module includes: a plurality of bus bars each having a pair of connecting parts respectively connected to the electrodes adjacent to each other of the batteries adjacent to each other, and a coupling part coupling the pair of connecting parts to each other; a plurality of terminals each elastically clamping the electrodes and the connecting parts to electrically connect the electrodes to the connecting parts; and a plate to which the bus bars and the terminals are attached. The electrodes are formed in a flat plate shape, and thickness directions of the electrodes which are connected to each other by the bus bar are perpendicular to each other.
