    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a vehicle group management method and device in a V2X system. The method includes: in a coverage area of an RSU, determining, by the RSU and/or a designated vehicle in a plurality of vehicle groups, whether state information of the plurality of vehicle groups meets a first preset condition for integrating the plurality of vehicle groups and/or a second preset condition for splitting the plurality of vehicle groups, wherein the designated vehicle has a management right for managing the vehicle groups; if the determination result is yes, integrating, by the RSU and/or the designated vehicle in the plurality of vehicle groups, the plurality of vehicle groups according to the first preset condition, and/or splittingthe vehicle groups according to the second preset condition; and designating, by the RSU, a vehicle in the integrated vehicle groups and/or split vehicle groups as the designated vehicle.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a method, system, evolved Node B (eNB) and User Equipment (UE) for implementing service scheduling. The method includes: an eNB sends time-domain scheduling information of Single Cell-Point To Multipoint (SC-PTM) Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS) to a UE, the time-domain scheduling information is used for indicating a position of a time-domain subframe where the MBMS is located, and a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) of the time-domain subframe includes frequency-domain scheduling information of the MBMS. A UE receives time-domain scheduling information, performs blind detection at a position of a time-domain subframe indicated by the time-domain scheduling information, determines a PDCCH including frequency-domain scheduling information of MBMS, and reads the frequency-domain scheduling information on the PDCCH. The UE receives the MBMS on a Physical Downlink Share Channel (PDSCH) on the basis of the read frequency-domain scheduling information.

    Abstract: Provided are an address allocation method and apparatus, a core network, a node, a network system and a medium. In at least one of the case of establishing a session, at least two uplink addresses are configured and send to an access network. The access network is a connectivity network formed by a coupling of at least two network element nodes. At least part of the at least two uplink addresses are used for being allocated among the network element nodes. The access network receives the at least two uplink addresses sent by the core network and allocates the at least two uplink addresses. The access network sends at least one downlink address to the core network and determines usage of the uplink addresses. The access network may determine a correspondence between the uplink address and the downlink address. The core network receives the downlink address.

    Abstract: Provided are methods and apparatuses for processing indication information. According to a method for processing indication information, a predetermined network element determines a Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS) to be suspended; and the predetermined network element sends, to an Evolved Node B (eNB), indication information used for indicating that the MBMS is to be suspended. The indication information is used for indicating the eNB receiving the indication information to send Multicast Channel (MCH) Scheduling Information (MSI) to User Equipment (UE), and the MSI includes a specific value used for notifying the UE of the MBMS to be suspended. By the technical solution, the problem of how to notify the eNB, how to notify the influenced UEs by the eNB and how to process the suspended service by the UE when the network element selects to suspend the MBMS in the related technology is solved, and effects of timely notifying the eNB and the UE and processing the suspended service by the UE are achieved.

In the method, a base station sends a system broadcast message, which includes configuration information of the SC-MCCH configured by the base station, the configuration information includes a Modification Period (MP) of the SC-MCCH and time-domain location information of the SC-MCCH, and the configuration information further includes at least one of: a Repetition Period (RP) of the SC-MCCH, configuration information of SC-MCCH change notification information, and a value tag.
